The restaurant has a view, a deck with a fire pit, a performance area with pianos and sound equipment, as well as a child's play area. A retired couple painstakingly and lovingly created the venue but after 14 years of development and operation the couple is now ready to retire from retirement and needs some help - and - are willing to lease the restaurant area as a concession for percentage of gross receipts. Owners recently installed LED full-color display board and have anew arrangement to serve breakfast with the Inn across the street.

Maintenance Work Campers, Housekeepers Work Campers, and Store Clerk Work Campers - Boerne, TX

Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and various projectsand other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Housekeeper Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Housecleaning duties include thorough cleaning of all of our public buildings and cabins, and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Store Clerk Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Store Clerk position requires an outgoing personality person with good telephone voice, greeting customers, taking reservations, computer knowledge, cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning the store and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.
Work Camper position is for trade of 28 hours per week, which is four 7 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill RV Resort pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).

ENERGETIC COUPLE - OUTBACK AUSTRALIA - NORMANTON

An energetic, enthusiastic couple is required to manage a high end residential complex located in the Gulf Country of Queensland, Australia, 90 kms south of Normanton. This is a very hands-on position and would suit an active, practical couple with initiative, self motivation and creativity. Due to the remote location of the property, the position is very broad ranging and whilst the list of duties may seem extensive many only require monitoring to ensure systems are working correctly. There is a significant amount of time when the couple will be on their own at the complex attending to routine tasks to ensure the complex is tidy and professionally presented at all times. At times of high guest numbers, support will be provided including a chef and other staff as required.
The position requires flexibility in hours to be available full time when the principals and guests are in residence and manage time effectively when they are away to continue to meet key responsibilities. Working in a country location also requires that the couple conduct themselves within the local area in a professional and courteous manner at all times. The right couple will be able to work effectively independently and as part of a larger organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provisioning all accommodation as required
- Servicing all accommodation, daily when family and guests are in residence
- Cooking for principals, guests and staff

Required skills and attributes:
- High level of attention to detail in premises presentation, internally and externally

- Awareness of WH&S requirements relative to the role

- Past experience living and working in a rural location

Specific trades certificates are not essential as training will be provided for the right candidates prior to commencement. A strong understanding of agriculture or passion would be an advantage.

Residential House Parents / Teachers - SE Arizona, AZ

AGAPE YOUTH MINISTRY (AYM) is a nondenominational Christian, faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit Arizona corporation. The mission of AYM is to help hurting at-risk teen boys through hands-on Christian-based programs. AYM established the AGAPE YOUTH RANCH ACADEMY, which is located in southeast Arizona at the base of the Chiricahua Mountains. Currently, the AYR Academy has openings for the Residential House Parents or Leader / Teacher positions.
Qualifications required for this position include, but are not limited to:
? Due to the Ranch Academy Programs currently being focused on male teens, this position could be filled by a single adult male leader/houseparent, or by a married adult couple. In the event of a couple, the man will be the houseparent to the boy students, while his wife would serve in other capacities of need at the Ranch, such as teaching/facilitating in the A.C.E. Program, or other needs of service;
? A High School Diploma required; some college or a degree preferred;
? You are a born-again Christian, well-grounded in the Bible and actively living your faith;
? Financial stability, i.e., having ample funds to provide for your needs or having the capability of raising missionary support, as these positions are primarily self-supporting. AYM provides housing & basic utilities to staff members, and may provide a monthly stipend (if needed);

? You have parenting and/or mentoring skills / experience;

The position includes, but is not limited to: coordinating the teens' activities & recreation, working with & helping other staff members, facilitating / participating in Bible studies, mentoring teens through schooling, personal problems and challenges, as well as applying tough love at times, and enforcing rules and policies of AYR, which may entail assigning consequences for teen offenders. The position includes scheduled facilitating (teaching) the Accelerated Christian Education program (A.C.E.), www.aceministries.com, for a small group of teens.
COMPENSATION: This is a self-supporting position, where the successful candidate will be joining us on the “ground floor” of implementing the At-Risk Teens’ Residential Academy Program. Housing & basic utilities are provided to staff members. A negotiated monthly stipend may be provided to help meet living expenses (if needed).
