LIVE IN Housekeeping COUPLE for San Francisco Couple.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•  Managing and providing Full-Time care and protection for the family’s San Francisco Residence
•  Cooking family style meals for the couple, couples children and grandchildren when they visit with a focus on healthy, fresh food
•  Serving meals as needed and providing formal service upon request. Caterers are hired for formal entertainment with dignitaries and high profile guests.
•  Driving to and from appointments, classes, engagements, airports, etc when needed.
•  Purchasing and arranging flowers within the home
•  Full laundry duties for the entire family including washing, ironing, steaming, closet organization, managing a list of garments that have been sent out for professional service, etc.
•  Packing and unpacking for travel
•  Shopping and organization throughout the home including pantries, kitchen, closets, etc.
•  Detailed quality cleaning throughout the home with attention to special surfaces and bathrooms; Daily, weWeekly, and Monthly Housekeeping is a priority of this job. All housekeeping will be done by the couple.
•  Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed or upon request

This is a Full-Time, year-round Live-In position based in San Francisco, California. A private one bedroom apartment with a private bath will be provided to the ideal couple with a service entrance into the home, . Must be able to pass Homeland Security Background Check . Must be legal to work in the United States . Must speak, read and write English . Should have a minimum of 5 years experience . Must have valid California drivers license and no DUI's . The Relief Home Parent (RHP) couple provides direct care services for the children in placement at Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services.  The RHP will provide 24 hour, 7-day-a-week coverage for children in a foster group home for extended periods of time.  The RHP will establish and perpentuate a homelike environment which includes both behavioral and emotional warmth and acceptance.  The RHP will insure the physical safety and well being of children in agency care and promote their spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social growth and developement.  The RHP will supervise daily habits of children, training new skills as necessary or desirable.  The RHP will work cooperatively with other staff and will particiate in campus programs and committees as assigned.

Job Requirements:  Minimum education- High School Graduate, one or more years post high school education required.  Prefer two years of experience wiorking with children.

Individuals must be able to perform maintenance on property such as sweeping hallways, units and grounds, cleaning floors, address landscape needs, light electricity (changing lights, bulbs and or ballasts), light plumbing, and painting. Customer Service. This position requires superior customer service and sales skills from both Managers. Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory as are highly proficient telephone skills. Manage Collections, Delinquencies, and Public Auctions.
