Manager or team for Mobile home community - Springfield, OR
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager for a Mobile Home Community in Springfield, OR. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are M-F, 10am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation.
We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer skills required (Microsoft office)
Prior Property Management experience a plus, but not required.
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Hire, train and motivate personnel
Rent Collection
Eviction process as necessary
Fill Vacancies (if applicable)
Home sales (if applicable)
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts

Handy man tasks include mending fences, minor carpentry, pressure washing, pasture management, weed waking, dispensing hay, painting, and general maintenance. The stable help tasks include taking horses in and out to paddocks, cleaning stalls, shampooing horses, and cleaning stable surfaces. Generally, work tasks are done in the morning and at dinner time.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Park Host Couple Positions Available - Bernardo, NM
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Currently we have 2 Park Host positions available for couples for summer 2014 and 2 positions available for fall/winter 2014/2015.
We need to fill these 2 positions as soon as possible. Positions require at least a minimum of 3 months commitment with options for extension.
Work schedule for Park Host positions is: 2 days on - 5 days off The exception would be a special event in park 1 or 2 times a year. We are close to lots of 'old west' history to explore, old missions, old ghost towns, rock hounding, etc. Lots of day trip experiences abound. Train rides
to Sante Fe & Albuquerque for day trips or exploring the old towns or the casinos. Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in Oct.
We are a small park, quiet, pet friendly, well landscaped, senior park, friendly atmosphere, laundry onsite, restrooms/showers.
Park Host Duties are: Office and Indoor/Outdoor Maintenance duties
