FEATURED JOB OPENING: Ranch/Property Couple - No City Specified - South Central, TX

This is an opportunity for the right couple to get in on the start up of a Ranch and possibly other commercial operations involving 250 acre spread containing a major absent owner residence. Located in small country town in South Central Texas half way between San Antonio and Houston.

I am looking for a reasonably experienced, energetic and committed couple to initiate, manage and work an operation which will involve, as a nminimum, raising longhorn cattle, a few horses and serving to caretake property and country residence.  The property also has potential for limited crops and with highway frontage, that can suppot a number of commercial endeavors. Compensation will be in form of a wage, provided housing/utilities.  Ranch vehicle and the potential to eventualy becoming a vested partner.

Will need to pass a rigorous background check and perhaps even post a bond. All types of ranch/farm work required as well as some residential/grounds upkeep. Need to have ability to manage and pursue the eventual plan with true initiative and honesty toward mutual satisfaction and benefit.  Smoking, personal animals and a child or two will not necesssarily disqualify.
