Well Established B&B is seeking a Seasonal Live-In Innkeeper Couple - Anchorage, AK
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Candidate(s) will be responsible for operating a well established, highly rated Bed and Breakfast to include guest interaction, supporting daily housekeeping, assisting with breakfast preparation and serving, guest check-in/check-out, and answering phones during shift. Typical work week will be M-F, though this may be flexible based on daily activities. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be outgoing, strong ability to quickly learn, and possess an overall positive attitude. Culinary and gardening background are desired but not required.
Ideal start date is mid-April for two-weeks of training, to include regular outings to learn Anchorage and the surrounding vicinity. B&B operating season is 1 May to ~ 30 September, though this may be flexible depending on candidates.

Property Maintenance Couple/Excavation Business Assistant - Shooting Creek, NC

We are offering an opportunity to work/live in one of the most beautiful areas of the country, surrounded by thousands of acres of wilderness, with a live trout stream, hiking trails, waterfalls and other incredible outdoor recreation opportunities, all right outside of your front door. We have an immediate need for a strong, energetic, proficient, stable couple, with a varied skill set, to assist us with property maintenance and care, in Western NC/Northeast GA, in exchange for housing, with all utilities paid. This position also requires one person in the couple to assist with our grading/hardscape/contractor business; this part of the job is paid a competitive hourly rate. The other person will be required to 'give' several hours per week of cleaning/organization towards 'rent', but can also have outside work (online work is most appropriate, as we are very remote). Rent exchange hours and paid hours to be discussed more thoroughly during the interview process.
Skills desired include operation of (or assisting with site prep around) heavy equipment, chainsaws, rigging, tree felling, mechanical skills. Basic carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing, all a plus, but not necessary - more important than anything is a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and do whatever is necessary to assist on property, from running errands and trash runs, to assisting in the repair of structures, tree removal, lawn care, gutter cleaning, and other tasks.
Must like animals (dogs/cats), as we have them on property and may need occasional assistance with pet care, and MUST be comfortable with remote living - we are 40 minutes, one way, to the closest town! Please - NO PETS (one of our dogs is not particularly friendly with other dogs), no kids, and NO DRAMA!

RV Park Manager(s) - Genesee, ID

We are looking for a permanent manager/managers responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the RV park & storage units located in Genesee, ID. There is very little turnover in RV spaces because most are long term tenants . Duties include overseeing maintenance & Grounds at the park (including lawn maintenance, and minor electrical plumbing maintenance), collecting and processing monthly rent payments, reading and billing electrical, implementing park rules, and overseeing laundromat. You will be in charge of assisting tenants to move into the park, welcoming all guests in a friendly manner and assisting with any questions or concerns during their stay at the RV Park. Hours are flexible.
Compensation will include free space rent, (must have your own RV) free laundry, Wifi, and additional pay with depend on experience and hours worked per week. Starting September 1, 2023.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Assistant Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own individually portion of the aforementioned salary.
Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included.
