THE DETAILS
Dates: August - October 31st, 2023
Schedule: Part-time, 24-30 hours/week
Wage: $12.55-$13.20/hour

- Housing: Limited RV sites available. RVs must be self-contained - interior working kitchen and bathroom (toilet/shower). Must be in overall good condition and newer than 1980. There are NO kitchen or bathroom facilities at the RV park. Can support 30 and 50 amps. Limited RV sites are available in Keystone, SD for $70/week. Two employees desired for each RV.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job will be whatever is needed for the day. Training will occur for each position. Each day may be different so flexibility is key! Some of the duties you may assist with include:
- Food and Beverage Attendant ($12.55/hour): Assist in keeping the dining room area clean and sanitized, operate cash register and assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Retail ($12.80/hour): Assist customers in a courteous manner, stock, and operate cash register
- Parking ($13.20/hour): Assist with guest parking, lots of walking required!

Property Management/Operations Team or Individual for 55+ Manufactured Home Community - Davenport, FL

Our community is located in Davenport, Florida and has approximately 300 small rental homes. We operate similar to an apartment community. The homes are rented on a yearly basis, and the community provides all of the maintenance. The majority of the homes are occupied by seasonal/winter, "snowbird," Residents. This community is age restricted for Residents, age 55 and older.
We are looking for a team or individual to manage the property. Couples and individuals are both welcome to apply. Long-term position.
The property management/operations position will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations including oversight of staff. Primary responsibilies include managing staff performance, helping build and organize a team to maintain and operate the property, hiring and overseeing contractors as necessary, managing the make-ready and move-in process, maintaining community to superb standards, marketing and leasing, resident retention and satisfaction, budgeting, developing new strategies to increase productivity, and communicating with main office regarding performance.
Onsite housing may be available if interested.

Our community is located near I-4 and US-27 in Davenport, Florida and has approximately 300 small homes. We operate similar to an apartment community. The homes are rented on a yearly basis, and we provide all of the maintenance. The majority of our homes are occupied by seasonal/winter, "snowbird," Residents. Our community is age restricted, for 55 and older. (However, we welcome all applicants 18 and older to apply for work.)
We are looking to add members to our maintenance/remodeling team. Work may include maintenance, remodeling, cleaning, landscaping, painting, etc. as qualified. Applicants do not have to be qualified in all of these areas in order to be considered. For example, if one person is qualified to do maintenance/remodeling, but the other person only wanted to do cleaning/landscaping, that would be acceptable. We will consider all scenarios.
Couples and individuals are both welcome to apply.
We are open to part-time or full-time hours. We are open to short-term positions (now-April) or yearround positions.
We would like someone/couple to live onsite in one of our 1 bedroom homes. We are a 100% NON-smoking property, so applicants must be non-smokers. A cat or dog under 25 lbs at maturity is allowed. (A second cat will be considered.)

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Operate cash register and tender payment accurately.
- Prepare some food items and serve food and beverages to guests while complying with ServSafe protocol.
- Bus tables as needed, clearing and sanitizing tables between guests.
- Ensure dirty dishes are taken to kitchen, run the dishwasher, and clean work areas.
- Ensure dining room is fully stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and condiments.
- Assist in keeping dining room and work area clean and sanitized.
Qualifications:
- Previous food & beverage experience; fast food experience preferred.
- Public contact experience with a willingness to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of customers in a high-volume seasonal food service operation.
- Ability to properly handle and secure cash and credit cards; basic math skills and ability to make change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand/walk continuously for eight to ten hours.
