Looking for a couple or single to be the eyes and ears for the owner. There will be no grass cutting and any cleaning or park repairs would be on an emergency basis. The biggest part of the job will be to greet guests and escort them to their site. You would also ensure guest check out on time and sites are ready for our next arrival.
This is a 15 site park and we have 8 sites for nightly guest, the other sites are monthly. Most weeks average about 10 to 20 hours per week. There will be plenty time off to enjoy the area. This is a yearly position in an area that offers at least 50 golf courses, 30 casinos, fishing and plenty of shopping. We are looking to get someone started as soon as possible.

Hello couples! My family and I live on a hilltop acre in Vista, CA. The main house and guest house were built in 1949, and the property is largely bare with the exception of the weeds and plants. We are looking for help with the following: landscaping, light home improvement projects, fence building, maintenance, and keeping the coolest dog alive company. Bonus skills: permaculture, gardening, remodeling.
There is plenty of room up here for your cars, rv, storage pods. Your living space is really comfortable, updated, and private. Must love dogs, not mind kid noise and occasional barking. We are friendly and relaxed and are hoping to find the same qualities in you. You will become like part of the family. Must be able to pass background checks.

Self Storage Property Managers - Columbus, OH
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
The position is to manage a self-storage facility. It requires two people who can both live on site. One person would work full time (40 hours per week) and the other would work part time (20 hours per week or up to 40 hours). The job is 95% customer service and marketing, 5% property upkeep. There is no maintenance component to this job. We hire out all maintenance. The property upkeep entails picking up trash, cleaning out units and pulling weeds. The jobs main responsibility is to lease units and keep collections low. Both must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check and a drug test. We pay bonus two times per month based on rentals, occupancy and auctions. All managers receive one paid day off per month plus all major holidays
