Mobile Home Park Managers - St. Petersburg, FL

Mobile home park in St. Petersburg is looking for managers to live on site. They will be responsible for daily operations including collecting rent, renting units, preparing paperwork for rentals and rent to own units. Must be able to work hand and hand with the maintenance department and keep all units up and ready to be rented. We need someone who will keep our receivables down and be able to work with the tenants on collecting rent.      This position comes with a place to live and all utilities included.
