We are seeking a motivated manufactured home management team/couple for a large community in the Monroe, MI area. Job duties include but are not limited to: collection of rents and bank deposits, pursuing delinquencies, resolving residents' complaints quickly, leasing/sales of vacant units, increasing occupancy, enforcing policies and procedures to ensure security of community and resident satisfaction, maintenance of community areas and grounds keeping, monitoring water cleaning system, etc.. Computer and Maintenance skills required. Applicants must live on site.

NOTE: Two applicants must apply as a team and live on site.

Host/Groundskeeper Couple - Cherry Grove, WV

Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity is seeking a couple/team to serve as hosts/groundskeepers for our Volunteer Center in Cherry Grove, WV.  The purpose of the position is to manage the operations of the Volunteer Center including coordination of the individual and group leader paperwork, group arrival, orientation, and departure of visiting volunteers utilizing the existing Volunteer Cneter Maintenance and Management checklist and Habitat for Humanity policies.  Responds to the day-to-day needs of the volunteer groups prior to their arrival and while at the Volunteer Center to ensure a safe and rewarding week with Habitat for Humanity.  Provides for the upkeep and maintenance of the Volunteer Center and grounds.  This position is year round.  Housing, some utilities, and weekly stipend are provided in exchange for this position.

Winter Workcampers - Pharr, TX

Come to our sub-tropical paradise in Pharr, TX this winter.  We need couples to work at Tip O'Texas RV Resort.  Work the same 12 hours each, per week for RV site & electric.

She would work in our office making reservations, accepting payments, answering phones & using PC for reports.  Good customer service skills & general office experience a plus.

He would work through our maintenance area where we usually discover a special talent to utilize from your experience.  Our maintenance crew does the lawn care.

We are a very active senior park with more activities than there is time to squeeze them all in.  Our "winter" schedule runs from Oct 1 to Apr 30.
