Apartment Management/Maintenance Couple - Cadiz, OH

Clear View Townhomes, a 48 unit apartment complex in Cadiz, OH, has an immediate opening for hands-on on-site caretakers - a management/maintenance individual or a couple that works well together.
You will have to treat this property, as if it was your own home and our residents, as if they were your closest friends and family.
Manager must have excellent organizational and computer skills and be available on demand. Our ideal manager candidate will also have excellent organizational, computer and people skills, be clean-cut, consistent, efficient, meticulous and process oriented; have great work ethic, be able to work independently, get things done, own up to mistakes and quickly correct them, bring things to completion, learn fast, keep records, manage time, track progress, enforce rules, multitask, take charge and be assertive.
Maintenance must be a hands-on problem solver who can confidently complete all needed repairs. Our ideal maintenance person will have experience repairing and replacing kitchen faucets, p-traps, electrical receptacles, light switches, can braze and solder copper pipes, replace water heaters, repair exterior door seals, replace locks, paint walls and trim with care, use diagnostic equipment like multimeters and gauges, will be good with power tools like saws, drills, routers and grinders and is willing and able to acquire additional skills, as needed.
You must have your own basic hand tools and transportation. All candidates will be required to pass a background check, a skills tests and must have strong references.
Total compensation package is based on skills, abilities and experience and includes a 2 bedroom, 2 story townhome.

Enjoy the 2015 season in this fun-filld campground nestled in the southern Black Hills located near many popular attractations such as the Mammoth Site, Wnd Cav National Pak, Wild Horse Sanctuary, Custer State Park wildlife loop and Mount Rushmore.
We are small campground with 76 sites that includes RV sites, tent sites and cabins.
This postion will work 2 mornings in the KOA Cafe and 2 evenings in the office. Schedule would be 2 mornings on, day off, 2 evenings on, then 2 days off. Perform other duties as assigned.
Couple will need to work 2 mornings in the KOA Cafe preparing breakfast for our guests to relieve our current cooks. We serve a full menu breakfast made to oder that can include items such as pancakes, eggs, hash browns and biscuits & gravy.
The evening shift duties will include registering guests, making reservations, store sales, baking & delivering pizzas, pumping propane and other duties as assigned. Must be comfortable with computers.
FHU site w/ free WiFi and Cable TV, laundry allowance, employee discount in store. $8/hour.

Seeking Full Time Management Couple to oversee operations in Amarillo and Bushland, TX. Previous Self Storage Management experience or Property Management experience is optimal. The area manager will be in charge of managing two facility manager employees(one being the other member of the couple) and a kiosk facilitiy in Bushland. Facilities include one 361 unit facility(82,900 sq. ft.) plus RV covered parking, one 335 unit facility(48,635 sq. ft.) and one 131 unit facility(19,900 sq. ft.).
Essential Job Functions Include but not Limited to:
· Work with local teams and Regional Managers to implement and maintain a detailed Business Development Plan with the goal of encouraging continued focus on stated goals and forward momentum as a team in an environment that encourages innovation and addition of value to the business.
· Maintain a deep working knowledge of the Area’s performance metrics and physical/financial status in order to develop and implement corrective actions as directed by or with assistance from Regional Management.
· Participate in and lead area employees towards the timely and cost effective completion of all Corporate mandated facility maintenance and capital improvement projects and provide accountability to that end in order to quickly add value to our company.
· Provide initial and developmental training to all area employees, including follow-up and providing accountability for all topics related to sales skills, product knowledge, policies, procedures, legal compliance and any other topics necessary for the effective and profitable operations of the business.
· With direction from Regional Management, implement and maintain the pre-determined marketing plan for the area in order to increase market share and brand awareness.
· Maintain an effective procedure for addressing customer and employee related concerns with a goal of maximizing retention of both.
· Take on new tasks and responsibilities with an optimistic outlook and continuously seek out ways to advance the successful and profitable operations of the company.
A 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a fenced in back yard is available for the couple to live on-site.
Salary range from $65,000 to $80,000 dependent on education and skills.
