Caretakers - private housing in exchange for security and light duties - High Falls/Jackson, GA

We do not occupy property full time, therefore our most urgent need is to have a full time OBSERVANT, security-minded PRESENCE. Grass mowing (less than acre total, most of the land is wooded), emergencies and small maintenance projects are expected. Help with major skilled carpentry jobs would be negotiated if interested. We are a very active professional husband and wife. This property is a refuge a "private mini- state park"; for caretakers (and ourselves few times a month): one hundred & fifty acres of beautiful woodland vistas, wildlife, streams, large fenced veg garden, five wells and picnic/grill areas. We are north of Macon and south of Jackson, Georgia. Currently there are two houses, three mobile homes and a number of out-buildings. Housing provided is two bedroom Horton mobile home with medium sized shop. PRIVACY is important to us. This is a place for someone who enjoys peace, beauty and solitude. Few neighbors. Need honest, mature couple with love of outdoors, life and appreciation of this low pressure, unique, private, outstanding compound.
