FKCS has an immediate opening in beautiful Key West for a full time live-in position caring for children up to 10 years of age. We are seeking COUPLES who do not currently have children of their own to care for but have a dedication to helping children.

House Parents are responsible for the care and day to day activities of up to 6 children. Live-in House Parents provide for the physical and emotional needs of up to six children from infancy to age 10. Responsibilities include  but are not limited ton medication administration, preparation of meals, housekeeping and providing transportation for residents with a company vehicle.This position requires high energy and excellent organizational skills as well as computer skills to juggle schedules and meet parenting demands of a large family.

Work Campers - Canon City, CO

Echo Canyon Campground, Canon City, CO is looking for couples to work 24 hours per week, per couple (12 hours per person) in exchange for a full hook-up (water, electric, sewer) site. Positions are available mid-April through mid-September.

Responsibilities will include housekeeping, general maintenance, hosting and office duties. Housekeeping/Maintenance duties will include cleaning, cabin change over, laundry, site clean-up, mowing, weed trimming, plant care, maintenance projects and other campground duties.  Hosting/Office duties will include customer service, escorting guests to sites, office/store duties, bundling firewood, evening rounds and other campground duties.

Campground Managers - Canon City, CO

Campground in Canon City, CO is looking for a seasonal management couple.  This is a full time, April – mid-September position.   The couple interested in this position will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, reporting, inventory, facility and grounds maintenance and guest relations.

Applicants for this position must have proven management skills.  As a couple the following skills and experiences are desired;  mechanically inclined, basic electrical, plumbing and construction skills, accounting procedures, flexibility (able to adapt to change), exceptional customer service and an eye for detail. 

Applicants need to be in good physical health as this can be a hands-on position that requires active participation in work projects.  The ideal candidates must be self-motivated with an ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.

On-Premises Managers - Searchlight, NV

On-premises management couple wanted to mobile home/RV park.  Duties include, but may not be limited to, collection of rents, regular maintenance and repairs of park common areas to include weeding, keeping streets free of debris and rock, repair of water leaks, clearing of septic system blockages.  Managers are also responsible for ensuring residents comply with park rules and regulations.  Housing is provided in a mobile home that also contains the park office.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-In Housekeeper and Cook and/or House Manager Couple - Edwards, CO

An individual or couple is needed to live and work year-round for a professional couple (full-time residents) to provide domestic service including cooking, cleaning, gardening, and a security presence on their agricultural ranch. If a couple, responsibilies also include providing high-end property management and maintenance. 

Candidate(s) must be service-oriented, a highly motivated and skilled individual(s), agreeable to direction, security conscious, and with the character and leadership abilities needed to maintain consistent high standards and a strong work ethic. Housekeeping, cooking, menu planning, and excellent communication skills are a must. Candidate(s) must be collaborative with the owners, and staff, flexible, and willing to respond to a variety of work as needed including, shopping, errands, dog care, and gardening. If applying as a couple, home maintenance and handyman skills are also required.

Background checks required. Must possess valid driver license and clean driving records. A physical check up may be requested after a job offer is made. Applicant(s) must be energetic and in excellent health to thrive at this high altitude location (8,700 ft). Also required: excellent references, good credit, and must sign a confidentiality agreement. Non-smokers only, no problem drinkers, no drug use, no exceptions. No children in residence. 

Prior experience in building, property management, personal service, hospitality, housekeeping, and cooking are required, as well as an aptitude and interest in vegetable and flower gardening. Competency with computers and training in first aid and CPR would be a plus.

This is a full time position with mostly predictable hours, but on occasion the hours will change because of events at the house or travel. Benefits include 10 days Paid Time Off years 1-2 and eight (8) paid holidays.
