About the Position: This position is a full-time live-in position for a couple able to provide intensive treatment for five to six youths in a family home environment. As ‘parents’, you would be responsible for these youths 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (days off and vacation time provided). While modeling the skills needed to be a part of a healthy family, you would assist the youth in their daily activities and routines, implement treatment planning and manage crisis and escalations when needed.
