Hard Working Couple Needed for Organic Farm - Pickton, TX

Looking for a retired, married couple who is passionate about organic - farming and raising livestock naturally. The position would provide room and board, utilities and food from the land including organic produce and meat from pastured raised pigs and fresh eggs. The requirement is 20 hours per week per person.

The work day will include animal and garden care such as feeding, monitoring irrigation and other farm related maintenance, planting and tending organic garden, preparing products for market such as harvesting, washing, packing and some light housekeeping and lawn maintenance  

This position has minimal supervision and requires a person that practices excellent work ethic habits including hardworking, honest, efficiency, good organization skills, must be willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen to improve the property and operations. 

Pay is negotiable.
