Self Storage Resident Managers - Columbia, SC
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a mature experienced management couple to manage and reside on our facilty in Columbia, South Carolina.
Skills Required::
- Must be able to work with upper management team.
- Must be to possess a Professional, friendly,can do attitude. Excellent Customer Service skills, must be a Team Player and accept new challenges.
- Must have proficient computer experience, Microsoft office, word, excel, etc.
- Must reside in apartment on property.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid SCDL
Responsibilities:
- Renting Storage Units - access the best rate and unit size for the customers needs. (Customer comes first attitude)
- Collection Calls
- Making daily deposits
- Face to face Marketing in the local community.
- Reporting to District Manager and or upper management team.
- Property clean up, trash pick up, cleaning of storage units, light maintenance duties. Must be able to physically maintain property
- Some maintenance / handy man skills required. mudding, taping, patching drywall, replacing drywall, etc.
Camp Hosts Needed - Multiple locations, UT

A great job for folks who like people and the outdoors. The jobs are for the summer season starting in mid May and ending just after Labor Day in September.

Caribou Targhee National Forest (Southern Idaho near Bear Lake)
Dixie National Forest (in the mountains in Southern Utah area)
Rio Grande National Forest (Near South Fork & Alamosa, CO)
Carson National Forest (Taos, NM area)
Responsibilities:

Have own trailer for living quarters

Live on site in the designated host site in their management area.

Provide information and assistance to guests to insure a quality recreational experience.

See that all fees are collected for facility use.

Administer reservations daily.

Clean restrooms daily and make an additional walk through inspections to insure restrooms are clean and supplied.

Police camp sites for litter and wash tables after visitors leaves

Do light maintenance duties, such as paint tables, replace light bulbs, etc.

Sell firewood and other approved items
-
Monitor and encourage compliance with rules and regulations

First Aid & CPR Training is encouraged.
Training will be provided. Must attend a training session prior to starting the job.

Pay: varies depending on the campground managed and ranges from $300 to $750 per month and a site for the season.
Hookups: Sites vary. Please call for more details. Most sites have water and sewer. A few have water, sewer, and electricity.

Campground Manager (or Manager Couple)
Our Campground in Lancaster, New Hampshire is a privately-owned RV campground on 73 acres on the Connecticut River. Approximately 50-55 of our 85 sites will be seasonal campers, a very close-knit and friendly group of campers. The manager tasks are simplified as we do not have a store (there is a store outside the entrance) and we will have a separate activities coordinator and at least one work camper that will assist on some of the listed tasks. The manager couple will need to be onsite from April 16 to October 14. The manager or management couple will be responsible for running the campground, which consists primarily of the following tasks:
Continuous campground coverage (at least one day off per week)
Providing excellent friendly customer service
Checking in/out campers and visitors (registration, cell phone, credit cards, cash). We provide a cell phone with credit card capability, to help the managers stay mobile.
Policing campground for non-campers on grounds and/or fishing
Maintaining pool (water, pump, heat, etc.)
Ensuring cleanliness of bathrooms, laundry, pool, pavilion and grounds. Bathrooms are not heavily used as most seasonal campers use their own bathrooms.
Ensuring sites and common areas are trash free and dumpster is not overflowing
Enforcing rules, including quiet hours, pets, wood, etc.
Stocking and selling wood and propane
Collecting and recording laundry sales
Providing daily email/telephone update on occupancy, sales, issues, etc.
Immediately contacting us regarding any maintenance issues
Mowing, raking, trimming, etc. as necessary to keep campground neat and trim

ASSISTANT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are M-F, 9am-4pm and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation.
Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer skills required (Microsoft office)
- 2 Years Prior Property Management experience

Maintenance Manager
This individual is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of property buildings, grounds and units to maximize tenant safety and curb appeal. We value strong customer service, attention to detail and integrity. Prior experience in mobile home parks and the maintenance of mobile homes is desired.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintaining property standards 100% to company expectation
- Ensuring a 100% prompt response rate to emergency situations
Position Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma / GED
- 1-2 years of experience within the maintenance industry, preferably in mobile home property maintenance
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 100 pounds.
Specific duties/abilities:
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Carpentry skills
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Basic Roofing
- Drywall and mudding
- Basic Floor installation, replacement and repair
- Window/doors installation and repair
- Ground maintenance
- Additional general maintenance as needed
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license

We are seeking a mature couple to watch over and live on the property located in a rural area about 5 miles from the town center. Light landscaping, lawn maintenance, outside cleaning, and handyman duties. Two to three months a year we need you to pet sit our two small dogs and feed our horses. Monthly salary plus housing and utilites are included. The Caretaker's house is very nice and is on the property. A vehicle is also provided for doing job duties.
Must be able to pass credit and background checks. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record. No prior exprience as a caretaker is needed just common sense.
FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Manager or Team - Colorado Springs Area (Monument), CO

Join our team! Mature, responsible, professional and friendly person or team for a Full Time Manager position and a part time relief and maintenance person (relief and maintenance can be the same person) at a self-storage (and possibly a future truck rental facility) in the Monument, Colorado area.
This is a sales and customer service position. Candidate must have excellent telephone and communication skills, basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office knowledge and a strong attention to details. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and have strong personal integrity and no criminal record. Dress code is enforced, including no visible tattoos, well groomed appearance, and good hygiene. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This is a safety sensitive position that requires driving prospective tenants around the property, and will involve moving large trucks if the facility becomes a truck rental agency.
Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in person, renting storage units and parking spaces, completing leases and other related paperwork (and potentially handling rental truck reservations if future location).
Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work, and other maintenance activities as directed.
We offer hands-on training for the storage (and Penske) software and all other duties. Self storage experience is preferred but not required.
Hours: Manager - 40 hours per week
Relief - 16 hours per week; Maintenance - 16 hours per week (same person can perform Relief and Maintenance duties)
Pay: Manager - $10.00 - 12.00 per hour depending on experience
Relief & Maintenance - $9.00 - 10.00 per hours depending on experience
Benefits: Onsite Apartment is provided, with basic utilities paid (gas, water, electricity). Currently $250/ month provided towards Health Insurance, 401K matching program, and bonus program based on increased revenue.
