Details: Seeking work campers for 2016, and possible each summer beyond.Tasks include mowing, grounds care, pool, serving at occasional camp dinners, store, check ins, limited bathroom schedule. In a laid back, no pressure environment. Schedule is set, but very flexible, to meet your needs. You will have time for family, friends, golf, fishing, etc.

We currently have a couple, work camping, and find the need for another couple, to lighten the load. Attitude is just as important as the work to be done. You are coming here to enjoy your summer, and take pride in the place you will call your summer home. We are husband and wife owners, who take pride in our park, no corporations or managers with agendas. You will work directly with us.

Your FHU campsite, all electric usage, a propane allowance, wifi, and event meals will be included. Workcamper Couple - Scotrun, PA

Our campground, located in the Pocono Mountains is a family oriented 130 site campground seeking motivated outgoing couples to join us for the 2016 summer season.  Work available April thru October.  

Duties include computer reservations, customer service, general maintenance and cleaning of the restrooms, laundry, store, pool and grounds.  Work 20 hours per week/couple for a FHU site with reasonable amenities.  Flexible scheduling.  Additional hours paid at $7.50/hour.  Email with any questions and for more detailed information regarding the position being offered. FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-in Residential Direct Care Team (Therapeutic Couple) - Portland, ME

Live in one of our agency-owned homes as you and the person who applies with you care directly for our clients.  You'll earn between $75,000 and $80,000 per couple annually. Training, supervision and on-call support is all provided.  We also provide financial support for respite weekends away. This opening CANNOT accommodate couples wishing to bring their own children to live with them in our homes.  Both members of the team (partner/spouse) must complete individual applications.

We have programs in Portland, Brunswick, Chelsea, Lewiston, and Casco. 

Duties:

Residential Direct Care Teams teach our clients basic life skills, positive behaviors, time and money management, and more.  Transport clients to and from day treatment, appointments and on community outings.  Be nurturing, provide firm limit setting and behavior management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.  Relevant experience is helpful but not required.  Please have a valid driver's license and clean driving history for at least the past three years.

Gulf State Park Volunteers for multiple positions throughout the park - Gulf Shores, AL

Gulf State Park is looking for volunteers to work at all areas of the park.  Our park consists of 6180 acres on the sandy white beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  We have 511 campsites, 31 cabins, 18 hole golf course, beach pavilion and the largest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. 

For each campsite we require 32 hours per week  in exchange for a free site.  We are looking for people with great customer service skills and those that have special skills as well like carpentry, painting, mechanical and clerical.  A background check will be required.  Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you. 

Light Maint/Cleaning - Hemet, CA

Looking for a couple year around in sunny Hemet, CA. This is not a paying job. FHU only.

Need experience in pool chemicals. We have a pool service, but only comes twice a week. Need cleaning in between. Need experience in light maintenace. Sweeping around clubhouse, wiping down railings, watering plants around office and pool area when needed, Light weeding in plant beds. Picking up cig butts around clubhouse,  sweep around mailboxes, occasionally helping setting up tables for activites, when needed. Wiping down chairs and tables in pool area, clean up sites when needed.

Winter time you will be busier than the summer. This job is great for a couple that maybe has a home business. You can also get a part time job if you wish. This job is not difficult. Flexible on hours.

Our park has 170 sites, we can handle RV's with slides up to 40 ft. We have a big Dog Park for your furry friend, we do have restrictions on dog breeds.

Work Campers - Gore, OK

Marval Resort, Gore, Oklahoma, Fish on the Lower Illinois River - Rainbows, Walleye, Crappie, Bass, Striper. Marval Resort in Gore, Oklahoma, is currently looking to fill 2016 summer season positions for working RVers. Our camping and fishing resort is in the beautiful Ozarks of Oklahoma. Marval Resort is on the Lower Illinois River, a designated trout fishing stream. Rainbow trout are stocked year-round. Besides rainbows, there's fishing for brown trout, stripers, walleye, crappie, catfish, and bass. 

We are looking for energetic couples to work in housekeeping, activities, maintenance and park store/welcome center. We are a family reunion destination. We furnish our work campers a FHU RV site, plus electricity, cable, laundry compensation, and WIFI for working 10 combined hours per week. All additional hours are paid at $7.25 per hour, with a 10.5% end of commitment bonus on all paid hours. Our work campers may also buy propane at cost.
