Summer Camp Host - Shingletown, CA

Camp in Shingletown California, is seeking camp hosts for the 2016 summer season.

Our camp is a non-profit summer camp located on 40 acres, on a lake, in the mountains east of Redding, CA. We are seeking hosts that are passionate about providing a fun camping environment for children. As a host, you will help out with a lot of the day to day functions of running a summer camp. We are asking that our hosts provide 3-4 hours a day of work, and in exchange we will provide a full hook-up site at the camp. Some meals are also provided.

The host can come to camp as early as April 15, although our camp season doesn't start until June 1st. We would accept any help we can get to get the camp up and running for our campers arrival. This position is suitable for either 1 person, or a couple. 

10-Room Inn Looking for Keepers - Asheville, NC

A 19-year-old, 10-room inn in the heart of Asheville, NC, is interested in being kept. Its single owner may want a break.

Lease for 3-5 years.

The main inn dates from the late 19th century and has eight guest rooms, parlor, dining room, kitchen, office, and pantry. There are two more guestrooms, laundry, garage, and storage on the other side of the parking area.

Last year, inn occupancy was above 65% and ADR near $190.

If maintained, a hard-working and skillful couple could make $60,000 annually with free residence; if better occupancy/ADR more income.  Rates have barely budged for five years.

The residence is a 1BR modern apartment with a chef's kitchen, large living room, jaccuzzi tub, fireplace, sound system, and high-end finishes at the rear of the one-acre property.

Camp Hosts/ Work Campers - Eagle Nest, NM

The Golden Eagle RV Park is located in the Rocky Mountains at 8300 feet above sea level, with everything Colorado has except the people and mosquitos. Nestled in the Moreno Valley, 32 miles N/E of Taos, New Mexico; the Park is the perfect hub to explore the rich history, outdoors adventures, wild live, and overall great beauty of Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado.  

This work Camper program is based on a 16 week commitment at 24 hours a week for each person.  Each couple works the same hours; but may be having different responsibilities. Job duties may include working in store, checking in guest, doing reservation, working the Chuckwagon, cleaning the sites or restrooms, assisting our guest in our community room, maintaining the appearance of the Park to mention a few of the responsibilities. The Golden Eagle RV Park is small Park and we ask everyone to be willing to do whatever it takes to give our guests a positive, memorable experience while keeping the Park clean and safe. Compensation package: valued at $3,200.00
Includes: RV space with water, electric, sewer, Wifi and $75.00 a week (per couple) toward incidental items we offer in the park (laundry, restaurant, store product, propane, jewelry, events, and craft classes).

Active Domestic Couple - Greenwich , CT

A private woman seeks a live-out Domestic Couple for her large Greenwich, CT home. The schedule is full-time with flexibility to be on-call if needed. The ideal candidates will have one partner drive and maintain the home while the other be a diligent housekeeper and fantastic cook of healthy, savory meals.

Must be active enough to easily maneuver the five-story home. The chosen couple will have long-term references from formal homes working as a Couple, have experience working in a multi-story home and be willing to commit long-term. Must have a US Passport, Green Card or EAC Card with travel permission.
