Then we want to speak with you TODAY! We are currently seeking SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM for a 340 unit self storage facility in the Houston area to work for a private owner. SELF STORAGE EXPERIENCE a HUGE PLUS and proven track record of successful self storage management! We may consider a team with motel, apartment or mobile home experience.

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing team who is experienced in self storage and WebSelfStorage software, has a firm grip on the day to day operations of a storage facility, can make sound business decisions, offers excellent customer service, has professional telephone sales skills, is well organized, be good at collections and physically able to perform general maintenance duties on the lot year round. we are NOT looking for caretakers, we are looking for a PROFESSIONAL STORAGE MANAGER TEAM!

Must be able to provide verifiable employment references and a pass a background check. This job is for one full time office manager and one 15-20 hr a week maintenance/office relief person that may have an outside job. It includes a nice large 2 bedroom, 1 bath, single story apartment with an outside patio area, a garage and storage unit. We may consider pets. Wage plus bonuses.
