- Manage the community revenue and expenses and use sound financial measures to ensure that the budget and financial goals are met.

- Provide competitive market research, analysis, and recommendations on revenue management.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, remodeling, and/or construction projects for the community, in conjunction with other departments.
- Produce timely and accurate administrative, accounting, and other reports.
- PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of organizational and community policies and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of business concepts and research principles, processes, and techniques. The work schedule will reflect meeting the needs of the essential job functions and will be overseen by the Residential Care Supervisor. Houseparents typically work 5 days on, and have 3 days off, on a revolving schedule.

Work Camper couple needed - Big Spring, TX

We are looking for a work camper couple for a year round positin.
We are a well kept RV park with 52 sites consisting primarily of monthly residents. In exchange for 20 hours of work per week (combination of maintaining the grounds, some maintenance and cleaning as well as some office procedures) you will get a full hook-up (pull through) site including 30 or 50 amp electric, water and sewer, cable tv (100 channels), along with high-speed Wi-Fi. Must have own RV no older than 10 years old.
Under new managers who reside onsite. we have a laundry facility on sire. Peaceful setting with great residents. 4.5 miles to Walmart,5 miles to HEB grocery, great restaurants. VA and Community hospital as well as Big Spring State Park, and Comanche Trail Park with walking/hiking trails, picnicking, bicycling, and Frisbee golf, and also a public golf course all within 5 minutes of the RV park.
