Seasonal Property Manager(s) - Kamloops, BC

We are seeking a seasonal Property Manager to live on site April thru October (exact start and finish dates are negotiable). Couples are encouraged. The ideal candidate(s) will have high mechanical aptitude, strong problem solving skills and lots of energy for both physical work and group communication. The candidate(s) also must have a trailer/RV for accommodation. An RV site with a treated water hook-up and a Sani-Drop will be provided at ‘No Charge’.

The resort functions 100% on solar power so any electrical requirements would have to be delivered via renewable energy. We have a knowledgeable group that would help with sourcing and installing appropriate equipment. The actual contract details will be tailored to best balance the needs/wants of the Strata and the capabilities of the individual(s) but it will include: * Management and Maintenance of the Water Treatment System ? * General Security (including high number of days on site during the season) ? * Modest amount of Landscaping, Weeding and Tree Watering ? * Monitoring of Bylaw and Rules compliance ? * Managing the Fire Protection System (test equipment and keep fire tank full) ? * Minor Maintenance for the Cabins and Marina Some expenses will be covered and most tools will be supplied. The Strata Council will review proposals and will entertain a small monthly compensation if the negotiated job description warrants it.

Seasonal RV Resort Caretaker - Boyle, AB

We are a seasonal RV park 13km northeast of Boyle Alberta, Canada. We are on Amisk Lake, were there is 100 seasonal sites and 4 guest sites.  We run from May 15th to Sept. 15th. We are seeking a campground caretaker/ manager couple to help us out with the day to day running of the park for the 2018 season.

Duties include:

> Grounds keeping- mowing lawn, weedeating, brushing, splitting wood

>Janitorial- We have 10 very clean outhouses that are cleaned every day

>Park Maintenance- Carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills an asset.

>Sewage truck operation- We run a sewage pumpout truck, regular class 5 licence required.

>Customer service- To answer inquiries, and help the campers/guests stay more comfortable.

>Security- Ensure guests are following the rules, and be available for emergencies.

Wages are paid as a couple and are dependant upon experience.

Resident, on site full time storage facility couple managers.  Position is long term, includes salary, 2 bedroom/2bath apartment including utilities.  Experience preferred but not necessary. 

Working  days/hours Wednesday through Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm. 

Duties include renting storage units, computer data input, minimal bookkeeping, daily/weekly/monthly report preparation, policing and cleaning of storage units and grounds.

Seeking a full time live in domestic couple to run a large estate in Southampton. Your schedule will be flexible but will mainly be from Thursday through Monday.

 Duties will include deep cleaning of the large home, all laundry and ironing for the home, managing vendors and contractors associated with the home, running errands, ensuring the home is properly stocked, organizing pantries and closets, answering phones, greeting guests and visitors, and ensuring the home is ready for the family's arrival at all times.
