We have a small tourism center with cabins and pools, we have applied for and expect to receive a permit to exploit Thermal waters. The location is just gorgoeus but it is big, we have over 80 acres.

Your job will be to take care of the place and to promote via free services the rental of the Cabins, Camping and the Hostel.

You can operate a Hostel for 20 or more and 8 cabins for private use, we have campgrounds for as many people as may wish, tours and a lot more You can use the earnings from the venture to pay for the expenses and split the profits 50% 50%

You would start this venture over again as a new venture, and get groups to come an enjoy what we have here

We also have an Event Center that you could rent for Birthday, weddings, Bachelorette Parties etc and we want to build a Restaurant/Bar with various activites. Should you be able to promote and get this place rolling, you could possible augment your pension by quite a bit

Yes, there is a lot of work, at least at first but once you get it running, it should be smooth sailing.

Additionaly, if you like to dabble in Real Estate, you can sell lots and homes and make a substantial commission

Camp Host - Washington, GA

We are in need of a camp host to watch over our campground on a month by month basis. I am offering a free campsite for helping us.

The duties are to answer the phone, make and take reservations, help campers enter and set up in the RV park, give campers required papers, help with clenup before and after campers. Our usual reate are $350.00 per month with full hook-ups. We only have 7 sites on 3 acres.

Team Opportunity at a CO Mountain Lodge - Creede, CO

Thanks for your interest! We are a small, family owned mountain lodge located in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. The lodge is set on the hillside overlooking the peaks above, and the river and town below. We also have a good size restaurant and bar on the property, offering our guests a full service casual and fine dining option during their stay. We pride ourselves on having a warm, friendly, fun atmosphere, and we welcome lodge guests and visitors, as well as area locals to enjoy the property.

We will be opening for the winter this year, and are looking for some great additions to our staff to help. The positions we are looking to fill would be responsible for the day to day running of the lodge, restaurant, and bar. Duties would include everything from helping with the cleaning of rooms, scheduling of reservations, waiting on tables in the restaurant, dish washing, or serving drinks and wine. Extra consideration will be given if you have experience in a commercial kitchen (chef,line cook), experience with bartending and wine service, or for someone who has construction/building repair experience.

Ideal candidates will be open-minded and adventurous, enjoy the outdoors and outdoor activities and comfortable with small town living. Winter activities include a ski hill, snow mobiling, ice climbing, and cross country skiing.

This is a long term offer as well. In this area, the summer season is the busiest time of year. The folks we bring on for the first winter will be working and training towards a management position for the Summer '18 season. During the summer, we increase our staff 4-5 fold and will need a team to oversee those operations.

We have tried to put a great package together to offer for these new positions in the way of compensation. Being that this position would more than likely require relocating, we are including room and board in the deal. That would include a private room in our lodge, complete with full bath, microwave, fridge, satellite TV and lightning fast WiFi. Also included are meals during your on shift hours. Additional salary is available, dependent on your experience and capabilities.
