Landscaping, maintenance, and mobile home remodeling is a part of this position.
Must have maintenance experience. Must have the ability to deal with resident issues and prospective residents in a professional manner, handle after-hours emergencies, be organized and able to prioritize projects.

The Position
We are looking for a couple with a passion for ministry and hospitality to join our team. Our site operates as a retreat center year round and also runs 6 weeks of summer camp programming for youth. The ideal couple will work well on their own and cooperatively and have a combination of skills including food service, event coordination, sales/marketing, office managing and guest services. We seek team members who are enthusiastic, hard working and ready for a new adventure. The Location
The Retreat is located two hours west of Boston on the pristine Norwich Lake, nestled next door to the Berkshire Mountains. Groundskeeper and Housekeeper - Hebbronville, TX

We have two positions available, groundskeeper and housekeeper. We have a large compound with multiple residential buildings as well as some barns and animal pens.
A couple would be ideal. The job would be full time with a house and basic utilities provided. Experience will determine salary.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance on buildings and yards
• Assist with hunting/ family/ guest relations
• Maintain an intensive supplemental feeding program for deer and photo blinds
• Predator control of feral hogs and coyotes
• Clean up and beautification of ranch
• Maintenance and upkeep of ranch equipment, vehicles, and facilities
• Fence construction, repair, and maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to family and guests
• Ability to keep a positive attitude and work weekends when needed.
• Assist with any and all other ranch activities as assigned by ranch management to aid in the development and startup process of ranching and wildlife operations
• Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).

The team is a service team required to be onsite in various capacities during bookings to help in fulfilling the mission of Inspiration Wood. The on call hours are determined by the booking schedule and the needs of the guests as determined by the general manager and proprietors. First and foremost, this is a service team, and in order to fulfill these rolls the team must have an attitude of Grateful Service. This is a commitment to serve that involves working as a team to prepare, refresh and clean buildings and property before during and after guest visits, as well as being onsite for various guest needs. In exchange for this commitment, Inspiration Wood will provide a single residence onsite and salary for each team member. Proper equipment and uniform shirts will be provided for the team.
The job of Property Manager is to maintain the property and equipment of Inspiration Wood and assist in housekeeping duties. The job of Housekeeper is to clean the buildings and manage housekeeping supplies. This team will work closely with the proprietors for all jobs.
