Mobile Home Park Maintenance Couples - Des Moines, IA

Job duties for management aspect include experience in a general office with strong communication and marketing skills, attention to detail, computer skills, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork. Landscaping, maintenance, and mobile home remodeling is a part of this position.

Must have maintenance experience. Must have the ability to deal with resident issues and prospective residents in a professional manner, handle after-hours emergencies, be organized and able to prioritize projects.

Bilingual is a plus!
