TProperty Management Team - Couple

This team is responsible for overseeing all facets of a 200 site mobile home community - including: sales, operations, marketing, resident relations, performing maintenance and repair of property buildings, grounds and units to maximize resident safety and curb appeal. They will oversee any property employees working for the property. 

Seeking a mature Property Manager (or Co-Managers) to operate a 200 site mobile home community in Highlands County. Our 55+ community requires strong maintenance and professional management with strong rule enforcement capabilities. Competitive compensation with free lot or housing included.

Required (combined skills and experience):

Must have previously worked in property management with strong computer skills, common sense, communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge across the trades, and enjoy people.

One team member must be physically able to perform maintenance, rehab and upkeep duties and the other team member must be able to perform office duties and home sales including experience with Microsoft Office. Please include a resume for each team member with your reply.

Preferred: Prior experience in managing a mobile home community, RV park, or apartments.
