Community Manager (Manufactured Home Communities) Duties: • Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans • Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate • Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income • Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns • Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team • Recruit, train and develop Staff • Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities • Communicate and manage policies and procedures • Create and ensure a safe work environment • Protect and maintain Company assets • Control expenses • Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual’s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents • Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor • Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management Required Skills: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision • Strong leadership and decision making skills • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff performance • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products

Maintenance Manager - Manufactured Home / Mobile Home Community The Maintenance Supervisor will implement GMR work, manage an in-house maintenance staff and execute on Capital Improvement and Rehab construction. We need a Maintenance manager who worked himself up through the ranks running crews and managing subcontractors. Responsibilities to include: GMR (General Maintenance & Repair): Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and in house mtce. crew. Water leaks, vetting, EMG repairs, minor tree trimming & Landscaping, accountability, park clean up, processing and executing on service orders, rules and regulations enforcement, reading water meters. CAPX: Scopes of work, recruiting, hiring and managing subcontractors, executing construction. Rehab/New Homes: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and managing & working w/Subcontractors, scope of work, executing and managing rehab and new home set up, onboarding new properties.

Need couple to live on premises in small private 2 bedroom/2 bath house in Temple, Texas.  Country setting, but close to town.

Description: Ranch couple needed for traditional cow/calf operation in central Wyoming. Primary responsibilities will be working cattle on horseback and 4wheelers, haying, fencing, maintaining and operating farm/ranch equipment, irrigating and other ranch work as needed.

Our Inn located in the Historic Old northside in downtown Indianapolis is currently seeking an Innkeeper(s). This position is well suited for individuals as well as qualified couples. Great for graduate students or retired couples!

First and foremost the innkeeper(s) is to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere/experience for guests. Additional duties include check-in/out, concierge service, preparing/serving breakfast daily, collecting payments, grounds keeping, laundry, shopping and light maintenance for our 7 room boutique inn. Successful candidate(s) must be out-going and enjoy meeting people from all over the country and world. The ability to stay customer focused while maintaining a smoothly running inn is a must.

In exchange for the above responsibilities, the innkeeper is compensated with free housing, utilities, and a $150/week stipend. Reservations, housekeeping, billing and maintenance are provided by additional support staff.

Summer is VERY busy. We are looking for someone who is willing to work or cover the inn 7 days/nights a week (yes you do get some time off but need to cover during our busy season).

Senior couple seeking a married couple to help with the care of their country home located in Rossville, Tennessee. The position will also include some meal preparation and maintenance/upkeep/care of their 40-50 acre property.  There are 3 homes located on this property; theirs, their daughter's, and a 3 bedroom home for you.  However, you are only responsible for the one home.

This home is non-smoking and they have no pets...although you might be able to have one in your home. The home is 11,000 sq. ft., 3 floors, and does have an elevator.  

They are seeking someone who can provide deep cleaning, has a pleasant demeanor, non-smoking, non-drinking, dependable, honest, and trustworthy.  Responsibilities will also include some meal preparation (although they enjoy going out to dinner), laundry, packing for travel, organization, keeping a watchful eye on two really nice people and maybe help with medication.  This couple should be able to work on their own and take direction without resentment.  The husband’s responsibilities will include light maintenance, lawn mowing, some gardening, and help with errands and any heavy cleaning and/or cooking.
