Part Time Couple - Houston/Galveston, TX

RV Park located in the heart of Houston, TX plus our sister park located in the beautiful Galveston, TX are seeking part-time couples to assist in the daily operations of the campground. Our RV Park is located 1 mile from NRG Stadium and 3 miles from Texas Medical Center. Galveston RV Park is located right on the water. Applicants would work 2 to 3 days a week and have the rest of your time to enjoy the surrounding area.

Inside person: Excellent customer service skills, positive telephone attitude, and light housekeeping. Outside person: Must know how to change electrical outlets, elementary plumbing skills, and landscaping. A clean driver’s license is required to drive the shuttle to and from Texas Medical Center (Houston Location only). Days on duty will include on-call overnight for our guest’s needs. Both must be team players and physically able to carry out duties without limitations.

Compensation includes FHU site, free laundry, cable, WiFi and monthly salary for all hours worked. Start date would be as soon as possible.

RV Park Manager Couple needed ASAP! - Winterhaven, CA

RV Park is looking for a couple to be responsible for the daily operations of their 175

site RV park located in Winterhaven, CA. Duties include assuring quality and customer service

standards, ensuring all Sans End RV Park rules and regulation are adhered to by guests and

staff, identifying and resolving problems, operating and teaching others to operate reservation

software, monitoring system operations, determining improvements, and implementing

change. Prepare and monitor budget. Promote and market the property to generate increased

revenue and business. Analyze opportunities for incremental revenues.

JOB DUTIES:

? Respond in a timely fashion to guest and prospective guest inquiries

? Through marketing and activities, work to increase reservations and occupancy and

further promote Sans End RV Park. Draft all marketing efforts for the property.

? Ensure there is a high level of service consistent with Sans End RV Park’s philosophy.

? Receive and resolve guest complaints

? Coordinate workamper selection and training while ensuring all team members comply

with appropriate policies and operational procedures

? Work with the park owner to quickly and effectively address issues that could adversely

affect the operation of the park or guest satisfaction

? Enforce park’s rules and regulations

? Monitor and reconcile monthly expenses

? Balance daily income and prepare bank deposits. Take deposit to bank, as needed.

? Collect and wrap quarters from laundry rooms and water dispenser.

? Oversee capital expenditure improvements with the guidance of the park owner

REQUIREMENTS:

? High School Diploma or GED

? Previous experience in the resort/hospitality industry. 5 year minimum preferred

? Ability to provide legible written reports

? Ability to work well independently as well as on a team

? Intermediate computer proficiency including the ability to use email and the internet

? Experience with, or ability to learn, Campground Master reservation software

COMPENSATION:

? In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a salary, bonus program,

manager apartment, and paid vacation in the off-season.

Campground maintenance/office - Fayetteville, NC

Wee are a quiet, 51-site, family-owned campground in Fayetteville, NC, and seeking a Workamper couple for part-time, minimum 2 days a week. Duties include general maintenance, pool maintenance, grounds keeping, site escort, office check in, and reservations with Campground Manager (experience preferred). Must be pleasant, self motivated and enjoy working with other campers. Position includes full hookup site for 1 day/week each, all other hours paid, electric and laundry allowance, free cable TV and free Wi-Fi. We prefer a minimum 6 month commitment. BONUS $ for completed commitment.

Het ontvangen en welkom heten van onze SunLodge-gasten.

Beschikbaar zijn voor de gasten bij vragen en eventuele problemen.
Het seizoensklaar maken van de accommodaties.
Klantgerichtheid en service zijn sleutelwoorden voor ons. Wij willen onze gasten een ultieme vakantiebeleving garanderen en de beheerders spelen daar een belangrijke rol in.

Wanted- Couple for Horse Ranch - Payson, AZ

Looking for an experienced couple to work on a 30 acre Horse Ranch in Payson, Arizona. We are a boarding and training facility with 50-70 horses. We do training and lessons in dressage, hunter/jumper and western disciples. I am in need of a couple to care for the horses and the ranch.

The job includes, feeding, cleaning stalls, watering horses, general maintenance of ranch and any other duties that need to be done to take of care horses and the ranch. Must be honest, reliable, have good work ethic, and be people oriented. Salary and Housing provided.

The job posting is located near Clover, SC. We have positions for Campground Hosting and Park Hosting.

Campground Hosts here stay in our campgrounds and help out with Day-to-Day operations of the park, to include maintenance duties, store operations, and admissions operations. Park Hosts stay in a more private campsite, with there being only 2 hosts sites located there. The Park Hosts generaly help with more maintenance specific projects. All of our host campsites have water/power/septic hookups. The Campground sites have 30amp/20amp service, and the Park Host sites have 20amp/30amp/50amp service.
