Live-in Elder Care - Riverdale, MD

Seeking a live-in couple to care for our 96-year old father in his home.
Duties include daily hygiene, incontinence care, administerinmedications, cooking & serving meals, weekly shower/bath, daily laundry & light housekeeping.
Must be capable of assisting the 200-pound patient with walking, sittianding & minor physical therapy as needed. Must be able to assist patient using wheelchairs, walkers and other assistive devices. Certifications are preferred, but not necessary if references are solid.
Must be legally eligible to work as 1099 independent contractor(s)
Ideal start would be between May 18 and June 8.
Compnsation: $1000/week includes room and board. Includes cable TV, internet & utilities.

While we will train you to successfully complete all tasks of the job, to maximize the rental potential of self-storage facilities and excel in all aspects of self-storage transactions: i.e. customer service, rentals, record-keeping, property upkeep, etc. we prefer a couple with prior storage experience. Sitelink software and Budget Truck rental experience are huge bonus points! This is a property that needs a dedicated strong, experienced team to tackle the day to day head on.
The individuals will need to participate in all aspects of the job to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business through, “out of the box thinking”, helping to develop effective branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers. The individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally, while serving customers and have the ability to perform office duties, as well as work outside of the office: i.e. light electrical (light bulbs), cleaning units, cleaning and upkeep of the grounds, minor repairs, removal of debris, etc..
Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
Managers position RV Park - Anacortes - Oak Harbor, WA

Our company is seeking a positive, self-motivated working couple to manage a beautiful 100 full hook up RV Park on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. One person manages the office, reservations and guest service experience. This includes all aspects of managing the office and communications of the park. This person must be friendly, have excellent customer service, communication skills and must be computer literate. Responsibilities include; answering the phone, scheduling and assisting both RV guests, extended stay guests and guests of two onsite cabins. The other person focuses on maintaining the park grounds and buildings with excellence. This includes lawn care, light plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must be a positive person with good people skills, able to work outside, enforce park rules and have experience with septic systems.
Full time compensation is determined by experience/qualifications (plus FHU site and utilities included).
This is a full time, long term position for both persons.

Finishing Job Description
- Finish pieces using torches, Dremel, sanders, painting, and other different equipment
Hours
- We would like you to work at least 20 hours a week, but you are able to work as many as desired
- You will always work alongside your partner unless you request not to.
Campsite
- We have a campsite next to us that cost $650 a month with all hookups. Otherwise, we will help you find a place. We have some campsites that are helping with discounts.
Dates
- We are looking for people for the months of May - September
- Have to at least work two full month
- First come first serve for locking in dates to work
