We are looking for the next On-site Resident Managers to join our team for one of our Stockton, CA locations. While we will train you to successfully complete all tasks of the job, to maximize the rental potential of self-storage facilities and excel in all aspects of self-storage transactions: i.e. customer service, rentals, record-keeping, property upkeep, etc. we prefer a couple with prior storage experience. Sitelink software and Budget Truck rental experience are huge bonus points! This is a property that needs a dedicated strong, experienced team to tackle the day to day head on.
The individuals will need to participate in all aspects of the job to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business through, “out of the box thinking”, helping to develop effective branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers. The individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally, while serving customers and have the ability to perform office duties, as well as work outside of the office: i.e. light electrical (light bulbs), cleaning units, cleaning and upkeep of the grounds, minor repairs, removal of debris, etc..
Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
