Our Mobile Home Park in Anaheim, California is seeking an experienced MANAGEMENT TEAM OR COUPLE to handle the day to day responsibilities of the park. Duties include but are not limited to: general office work, resident relations, rent collection, enforcement of rules and regulations, service of notices, monthly newsletter, general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, sewer, and vendor relations.

The park is 55 years and older and the homes are owned by the members and run through an HOA.

The park would prefer the onsite managers not to have pets.

We do not offer assistance in moving.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate and possess the following skills:

*Ability to use computer, email and rent collection software

*High level written and verbal communication skills

*Good people skills

*Able to work with and understand general plumbing, electrical and sewer issues

*prior on-site management experience

*Routinely report updates of the community to Ownership and Management

*Knowledge of Mobile Home law a "plus"

Position Details:

Experienced Horse Caretaker Couple to Live on Property - Lamy, NM

Our awesome caretaker for the last few years is retiring.

We're searching for an experienced individual or horse couple with extensive equine experience. Please reply only if you've recently worked with horses and have extensive history around horses.

The horse care exchange includes a Guest House 25 minutes from Santa Fe, NM, and $500/month stipend. Beautiful one bedroom with kitchenette, bath, 600 sq. ft., 20 acre property adjacent to 15,000 acres, with tile, high ceilings, radiant heat, Wi-Fi, and natural light. Peaceful sanctuary for retired, work at home, nature types.

There are 4 horses with feed times 5.5 days/week, two times a day at 7am and 6pm. A few hours per day for all work including grooming, blanketing, mucking, etc. but we require individuals that are not away from property a lot.

Partial weekends covered by others.

Pets okay. Non-smoking. One year commitment. Security deposit is $850. Professional references are required. Our current caretaker will serve as your reference. Please have extensive recent horse experienced.

10 hrs/wk per couple for FHU site, electric, water, sewer, cable TV, WiFi, laundry and propane. Additional work hours available for wages based on the need for services.
