Our Mobile Home Park in Anaheim, California is seeking an experienced MANAGEMENT TEAM OR COUPLE to handle the day to day responsibilities of the park. Duties include but are not limited to: general office work, resident relations, rent collection, enforcement of rules and regulations, service of notices, monthly newsletter, general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, sewer, and vendor relations.
The park is 55 years and older and the homes are owned by the members and run through an HOA.
The park would prefer the onsite managers not to have pets.
We do not offer assistance in moving.
Qualified applicants must demonstrate and possess the following skills:
*Ability to use computer, email and rent collection software
*High level written and verbal communication skills
*Good people skills
*Able to work with and understand general plumbing, electrical and sewer issues
*prior on-site management experience
*Routinely report updates of the community to Ownership and Management
*Knowledge of Mobile Home law a "plus"
Position Details:
Full time - Hourly Position with Housing Provided
Must Live on-site.
Must have a valid driver's license
Couples only (senior only so no children)
