Apartment Resident Manager or Resident Management Team - Eugene, OR
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Westwood Venture is an owner-operated property management company hiring a resident manager or resident management team for 67 units. Resident managers’ apartment is onsite a 51 unit studio and quint complex. Manager/management team is also responsible for two other smaller properties nearby. The ideal candidate(s) would be able to begin training ASAP and move in early March.
The starting salary is $1925/month. Resident Manager/Team is provided with a one-bedroom/1 bath apartment. The utilities (water, sewer, garbage and internet, but not including cable) are included at no charge. You also receive 40 hours of paid sick time and ten days of paid vacation per year after 90 days of employment.
Office team member(s) must be available to be on property from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend and after hours work sometimes a necessity to address issues or answer questions as they arise.

For the position of Resident Manager or Resident Management Team, we are looking for an individual with the following skills:
- Ability to multitask

- Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks by a deadline
- Ability to work independently and as a team with other managers
- Physically capable to climb stairs and be active on properties
- Current valid driver’s license

- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Apartment management experience and knowledge of landlord tenant laws a plus
- Bilingual not mandatory but is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Show vacant apartments and present rental information to prospective residents
- Prepare rental agreement paperwork
- Serve notices
- Apartment rental bookkeeping, answer phones and return calls
- Maintain files for each resident
- Maintain cleanliness around property and office
- Inspect apartments and common areas regularly, especially after move out and before move in
- Provide general supervision of apartment communities by being visible and available
- Establish and maintain communication and familiarity with tenants
- Address resident concerns and inquiries
- Mediate conflicts or disputes between tenants
- Daily communication with business owners and office staff via e-mail, phone and text
- Notify owners about maintenance and safety/security needs
- Be prepared to handle an emergency situation
- Work closely with Housing Authority and other community service agencies

Antlers Lodge, located in Cooke City, Montana is currently seeking an adventurous, outdoor-loving couple to spend the summer working and playing together in the heart of the Beartooth Mountains, just four miles from the Northeast Gate of Yellowstone National Park.
These are two separate positions that would involve working as team members in our family-owned resort. These positions would include a 5-day work week with two days off to spend exploring Yellowstone National Park, hiking, fishing, and animal watching.
This position is for 2 people. We are a family business and we ask that our couple be non-smoking and no heavy drinking. The couple must be physically able to move around easily and in good health overall.
Front Desk Agent;
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be interacting directly with guests from the time they arrive on the property until they depart and providing accurate information about our resort and the surrounding area while delivering a personalized vacation experience for each visitor.
The Front Desk position is responsible for displaying a professional, pleasant attitude to all guests. Job duties include greeting guests, taking reservations, checking people in and out, helping guests with problems, answering phones, handling U.S. currency, and general office help. This position requires excellent people skills, a professional, courteous demeanor, and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, email, and the internet is a MUST. Experience with Resnexus Reservation System, Airbnb, or Booking.com a PLUS. The shift for this position is from 1 pm to 9 pm daily and is compensated at a rate of $15.00/hour.
Construction / Maintenance Position;
We currently have two businesses, our resort, and a construction company. We build for ourselves, as well as others (all local). Our vision is to find an individual who could perform minor maintenance and upkeep as needed at our resort, as well as work some of the time for our construction company. Requirements for this position would be a handy individual with a broad do-it-yourself background and a willingness to learn. The base pay for this position is $18.00/hour but is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
The couple will rent a non-smoking, completely furnished one-bedroom log cabin with all utilities and WIFI paid, at a reduced rental rate. The cabin is located on an adjacent property and is a two-minute walk from the lodge.
We are looking for a start date anywhere from May 15th to Memorial Day and an end date of October 1st, but these dates are negotiable.

Office: Experience with campground reservations (Campspot preferred), good computer skills, proficiency in sales, purchasing, and scheduling. Greeting existing and prospective guests, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in-person, renting RV sites and cottages, completing extended-stay leases.
