We are located on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir, at 6500ft in the high Eastern Sierra of

California; Surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains on three sides with ample Exploring,

Biking, Fishing & Hiking; only a stone’s throw from Yosemite, as well as many other incredible

destinations.

We're looking for a full-time help: a friendly, happy and personable individual or couple, who is

ready to work five days a week. This is a paid position, compensation includes salary and a full

hookup RV site (with 30amp electric and high-speed fiber optic WIFI). Salary TBD based on

experience.

It is important to us that you are outgoing, proactive, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic

about the area and our guests. Our RV camp is known for its relaxed atmosphere. Not your

typical RV park; we try to be more of a camping destination than a quick stop over. We have

Saturday bonfires and random cookouts where guests join and get to know one another. We're

looking for manager(s) who can help facilitate this atmosphere, make our guests’ stay a memory

they will cherish, and help us to take care of the camp.

The Manager(s) are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our RV camp.

This is a hands on position and responsibilities include but are not limited to guest satisfaction, supervision of RV camp Team members, administrative support to the camp, reservations, retail sales, maintenance, site and

facilities cleaning, and providing guests with info on local attractions and recreation

opportunities.

Part Time Land Caretakers for beginning permaculture farm/event space in beautiful Appalachia - Montrose, WV

Seeking a part time or full time caretaker to help manage a homestead and early development stages for a regenerative farm, art space and educational/event space in the Laurel Mountain range in Montrose West Virginia

Currently most of the land is forest, with several acres of cleared pasture.

Caretaker must have their own living arrangements and can set up space on the property. Food and free living space will be provided in exchange for work on projects equivalent to approximately 4 hours of work per day.

Land planning/development

Building of dwelling structures for guests and livestock

Construction of livestock fencing

Caring for livestock

Cutting and removing trees

Irrigation

Digging/terracing

RV Resort in New Braunfels, TX is searching for a couple (Office support and grounds maintenance duo) to join our team! FT positions requiring 40 hours work for each. Office support duties include maintaining the resort’s amenities, accepting guest payments, processing reservations. The grounds maintenance duties include performing general maintenance and grounds work. Both responsible for light housekeeping of a small bathhouse and laundry facility. Oh and a guest-first and team-oriented mentality is required!

Workcamper Couple Wanted for Busy Campground in the Colorado Rockies - Nathrop, CO

Chalk Creek Campground, a popular and busy resort in the central mountains of Colorado, has openings for Workamper couples. Person one duties include front desk, phones, guest check-in, retail, and housekeeping. Person two duties include groundskeeping, site escorting, general maintenance, and housekeeping. We are looking for friendly, positive, hospitality minded people who enjoy working with the public and making guests happy.

Pay is $14/hr. For all hours worked, and FHU sites are available to staff who work 20 or more hours per week at the rate of $100/week plus electric. Staff also receive subsidized laundry and discounts on store goods and propane.

Office Management responsibilities include taking full-responsibility for the day-to-day Operation of the manufactured housing community including, but not limited to, general administration, application processing/screening, administering lease contracts and related documents, move-in/move-out procedures, monthly reports, follow purchase order system, maintain petty cash, newsletters, billing/rent collection/deposits, emergency response procedures, enforcement of residency requirements and community rules, record/file management and the development/maintenance of good resident relations.
