FEATURED JOB OPENING: A Couple Needed for a Small Farm/Ranch in the Texas Hill Country from April 1st to Oct 15. - Fredericksburg, TX

Looking for couple wishing to live on a small farm/ranch and help with the care and upkeep of animals, garden, landscaping, and land.

Applicants must be willing and able to do the duties of this job. 

The applicants must be mechanically inclined with carpentry skills for small projects and basic plumbing/electrical.  

Basic equipment maintenance and cleaning duties

Helping with daily feeding and watering of animals

Groundskeeping duties such as lawnmowing, weed eating, tree trimming, landscaping, irrigation, watering.

Must have experience with gardening and growing food crops.  Experience with greenhouse hydroponic gardening would be a plus.

Must be able to work independently, but also be comfortable taking direction from the managers, owners and working with a small team.

This opportunity is located in a very beautiful area of Texas Hill Country perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, foodies, wine lovers and those who do not want to live and work in a big city.

Non- smokers and no heavy drinkers 

Pets welcome. Must be safe around other pets, livestock, chickens, ducks and of course humans.

Looking for applicants that are positive and high energy and are accepting of flexible hours, and 6 days a week with random days off.

$5,000 a month for the couple

On site RV spot with full hook up and internet. Possible on-site housing for couple if needed. 

Extension of employment is possible for a longer term opportunity.
