Assistant Management Couple for MTN Ski Resort - Glenwood Springs, Colorado

We are seeking an energetic and motivated couple to take on the permanent position as the Assistant managers for the Brettelberg Condominium Complex in Glenwood Springs, Colorado on Sunlight Mtn.  This position is part time leaving the couple with the opportunity to have a second job or spend their off time skiing and enjoying mountain.

Requirements include;

Must live on site, accommodations are included

1 half should have some office skills as they will be answering phones, taking reservations an doing some general computer work.  They will also be doing occasional housekeeping, customer service for those enjoying the complex.

The other half should have some general maintenance skills  and will be doing snow removal by hand and with a snow plow.  They will also be doing general maintenance around the building and in the units.

Benefits include:

1 bedroom condo. includes utilities paid. It is part time so you can supplement income with a second job or hobby.  You will be working approximately 12 days per month.  The pay starts at $19,000 for the couple and may be more depending on the skills.  Keep in mind that the pay package also includes accomodations and utilities paid.

EXPERIENCE IN OPERATIONS OF EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY, KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICS, ELECTRICAL, WATER SYSTEMS, GENERATORS AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE.

Brand New RV Resort in The Great Smoky Mountains, Work Campers Needed.

Work Campers needed for about 15 to 20 hours per week in exchange for a gravel site.  We are brand new and will not have the true need until late February.  It may be a seasonal position, possibly ending in November of 2011.  Dependent on the reservations, but could be year round as well.
