Yes we are looking for a special couple to operate our B&B. This bed-and-breakfast has been in business for over 30 years and we have owned it for 16. We are looking for a working couple who would like the opportunity to live in the Florida Keys and run this B&B on the ocean in the lower keys. Your duties:

preparing breakfast, planning meals, shop for food and other supplies, cleaning up after meals, cleaning guest rooms, cleaning bathrooms, vacuum the house and do other cleaning task, do the laundry, do the household repairs and maintenance, take care of landscaping and yardwork.

Take guest reservations, play a major role of host or hostess, keep up to date on community activities for quest, deal with the unplanned incidents which will happen.

Marketing us using MySpace, Facebook, twitter, blogging, and other various media markets.

Check the computer e-mails and bookings for future customers every day, keeping a daily log of the customers that check out each day and the way they pay for their stay.

Live-in Caregivers - Pennsylvania

Elderly woman needs companionship, assistance managing a large house and  someone to drive her to medical appointments.  Other duties would be based on skills of the couple such as some land and house upkeep. Certainly, either or both of couple could get other jobs in community and hours for care could be staggered.

Woman has mild dementia, is pleasant, funny, a talented artist and does not want to leave her gorgeous house  and surrounding woods.

Offering  a room or two in the house, in exchange for hours a week of care.  She really needs someone there round the clock, not because she is so in need of constant assistance, but rather so that she doesn't get confused or frightened as she does her daily activities of reading, cooking, walks in the woods. etc.. My adult daughter is staying with her right now, but does not drive and will be moving out in the future.

Number of hours and payment could be negotiated.
