Limited Service 40 unit Inn (motel) located on the San Francisco Peninsula.

This Innkeeping position requires a mutually supportive and energetic 2-person Team living and working together on the premises, 24/7.

Duties for this small property require the management team to share all typical hotel front desk operations, as well as supervision of housekeeping/laundry staff, maintenance staff, and property inspections. This is a permanent position offering job security.

Couple with strong face to face customer service and/or prior hospitality experience preferred. Computer literacy and hotel software experience is a plus.

Compensation Package: Salary, Kaiser Health Plan, Spacious 2-Bedroom Home on premises, Utilities Included, Incentive Bonus, Vacation Pay, Relief Pay, etc.

The on-site couple will be responsible for identifying ways to continually improve the living experience of our residents, and for responding quickly and courteously to all resident needs pertaining to maintenance that may require troubleshooting and taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service. The on-site manager holds the responsibility of maintaining the common areas of the community in excellent condition.

Job qualifications:

On-site management preffered, general construction, electrical, and plumbing knowledge required specialty skills such as welding, drywall, roofing are a desired plus

Couple Manager/Maintenance Team - Seward, AK

We currently have an opening for a part-time Apartment Manager and Maintenance position in Seward, Alaska.

Will manage 24 unit apartment complex for low-income housing residents. This complex is supported by Rural Development and Tax Credit programs. Resident Manager is responsible for the day to day on-site operation of the apartment complex, in addition to providing quality service to the residents. Maintenance position includes, but is not limited to janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers.
