We currently have an opening for a part-time Apartment Manager and Maintenance position in Seward, Alaska.

Will manage 24 unit apartment complex for low-income housing residents. This complex is supported by Rural Development and Tax Credit programs. Resident Manager is responsible for the day to day on-site operation of the apartment complex, in addition to providing quality service to the residents. Maintenance position includes, but is not limited to janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers. Both positions require at least 2 years of experience in the field and have own hand tools. Apartment and Utilities are included.
