FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking On-Site Management Team (Couples Only) - Rosenberg, TX

We are seeking qualified Resident Property Managers for our self-Storage facility in Rosenberg, TX. Candidates should be self-starters with the willingness and capacity to serve the public. Both individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while serving customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties as well as light maintenance. Must be highly ambitious, career oriented professionals to manage and operate a self- storage facility.

Primary duties: Sell and market storage units and merchandise. Providing excellent customer service is a must. Enthusiastically present the features of the property. Must be comfortable with paperwork, handling telephone calls, and have computer skills. Our company uses a software called Storage Commander, proficiency with this software would be helpful. Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and PayPros would be helpful. Cleaning and maintaining the storage facility and the grounds is required. Individuals must be able to perform maintenance on property such as sweeping hallways, units and grounds, cleaning floors, address landscape needs, light electricity (changing lights, bulbs and or ballasts), light plumbing, and painting. Customer Service. This position requires superior customer service and sales skills from both Managers. Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory as are highly proficient telephone skills. Manage Collections, Delinquencies, and Public Auctions.
