We are currently seeking a Two-Person Superintendent Team to live and work at an apartment building in St.Catharines. This superintendent position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.

Key Responsibilities of Superintendents

·         Providing critical hands-on leadership

·         Working under the direction and support of a District Manager

·         Preparing apartments for new residents

·         Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents

·         Assisting with leasing suites

·         Maintaining corporate standards and working to stay within budgetary objectives

Requirements of Superintendents

·         Cleaning experience

·         Maintenance skills

·         Customer service skills

·         Ability to perform in a team environment

·         2-3 years of experience in a similar role
