Dale Hollow Lake is a beautiful lake known for its forested hill sides and crystal clear waters. Camping couples will be needed at Lillydale Campground near Livingston, TN and Obey River Campground near Byrdstown, TN. Bid award recipients will operate the campground registration center and conduct work via the National Recreation Reservation System. Training will be provided.

Camping Resorts in NH & NY are looking to hire energetic couples to work in either of our two locations. Receptionist to handle reservations, registrations, store sales. Outside maintenance person must be fit enough to work grounds and general outside maintenance. Both must be non-smokers, sharp thinkers, healthy and able to work 8 hour days, 40+/- hours per week in a fast paced, demanding, tourist destination campground resort.
Receptionist: must possess good telephone skills, typing experience, able to multitask and handle guests in a professional friendly manner, experience with Campground Manager software is helpful, but not a requirement.
Maintenance: for minor repairs, grounds
keeping, customer service. Should possess basic electric, and plumbing knowledge, must feel confident doing minor plumbing and electric troubleshooting and repairs. Wages: These positions start at $9.00 to $12.00 per hour for every hour worked, plus free full hookup campsite with W/E/S and cable TV (metered electric), PLUS an additional end of season commitment/performance bonus of up to $1.50 for every hour worked!! These positions are for exceptional Workampers and will go fast!!
Solar Living Center Community Coordinators - Inspirational Environmental Education - Ukiah, CA

Since 1998, the Solar Living Institute has been promoting sustainable living through inspirational environmental education. We do this through workshops, online courses, events, Children's Education Programs, an Intern Program, and Tours of the 12-acre Solar Living Center. We accomplish our mission through our family of participants, including staff, interns, caretakers, volunteers, supporters, donors and friends.

SUMMARY
- Community Coordinator Interns will:
- Manage small intern food budget to best meet the needs of all intern community members.
- Organize weekly intern meal schedule, assist with creation of shopping list and purchase produce where necessary (making best use of produce available on site).
- Organize weekly intern community meetings to allow feedback to staff at SLI team meeting on any community issues which need to be addressed.
- Assist with organization of intern field trips.
- Organize schedule for intern area upkeep (kitchen, intern garden, shower and bedroom cleaning and maintenance).
- Assist with dispute resolution when required.
- Clean and manage camping shower and outdoor kitchen.
- Work closely with SLI staff in support of site management, intern program, workshops, children’s education program, and tours.
- Work with the Site Manager and site interns to maintain and improve the Solar Living Center’s 12 acre demonstration facilities, grounds and gardens
- Work with office staff in accommodating student campers, participating in children’s education tours, and prepping for and providing “meet and greet” for onsite classes.
- Assist in our Tiny House Air BnB program
- Assist with training of interns and take part in basic site tasks such as tours, recycling/trash and bathroom cleaning and maintenance on a rotational basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience managing volunteer or intern groups
Experience managing small budgets
High standard of work ethic, accountability and reliability
Motivation and enthusiasm for caring for the earth and community
Experience in speaking and/or presenting to small groups
Experience with living in community with others
Vegetable gardening experience; planting, maintaining, harvesting a plus
Ability to maintain flexibility within a work plan while completing essential tasks
EXPECTATIONS

Apartment/Maintenance Management Team - Orange County - Laguna Beach, CA

Our growing property management company is looking for an experienced resident management team to live on-site at one of our beautiful communities in Laguna Beach, located across from Main Beach and a few blocks from downtown shopping. Teams preferred.
This is a part to full time position responsible for the daily operation and care of a few buildings all within a few blocks of one another. This position is ideal for someone in a team that can be available for tenants needs while the other completes maintenance on the properties. Compensation will be commisurate with experience and will vary based on responsibilities.

Camp Hosts at Beautiful Liberty Lake - Liberty Lake, WA

We are looking for campground hosts to care for our beautiful Liberty Lake Regional Park. This 3,000 acre park includes a swimming area, over 8 miles of hiking trails. Camp host duties include:
--Serves as a liaison between campground users and park staff.
--Lives in the campground in order to provide a personal touch and to accommodate the needs of park visitors.
--Assists visitors/campers by providing information about the park, answering questions, and explaining rules.
--Collects campground user fees and monitors compliance with campground and park rules.
--Keeps track of occupied sites and directs campers to vacant sites.
--Sells firewood when available.
--Is observant for activities within the campground requiring immediate attention.
--Courteously advises campers of unintentional or minor violations and reports flagrant violations to law enforcement and/or park personnel.
--Contacts park’s staff and/or law enforcement when emergencies occur.
--Monitors campground traffic and directs park users to day-use areas.
--Works as a team member of the parks staff.
--Tidies restrooms, replenishes supplies, and address light maintenance issues as needed.
--Picks up litter in and around campsites.
--Irrigates lawn areas within the campground.
--Bundle, sells, and distributes firewood.
--Sweeps camp area and cleans picnic tables.
--Reports any damaged tables, trees, or equipment to park staff.
Compensation
Camp hosts will receive free electric, water and sewer utilities. They will also receive a family pass to visit the park and work attire identifying them as a camp host. Additionally, camp hosts may work an extra 20 hours per week as paid staff throughout the park, performing park maintenance and entrance booth duties.
