As an Assistant Manager Team, you will assist in all operations of the community to ensure the community is operating in an efficient manner under direction of the Community Managers. Daily tasks would consist of rent collection, new lease signings and renewals, accurate paperwork and showing available apartments. We believe in supplying our residents with the best housing experience possible and we develop and maintain courteous, service oriented relationships with tenants, responding to and resolving tenants concerns. Success in this role depends upon developing positive relationships with state regulators, community at large, families and residents on behalf of the community and Sunshine Management.
Minimum job requirements:
• Prior management experience of 3 years for Community Asst. Managers; including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, required.
• Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned shared apartment.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential.
• Have general knowledge of residential/property management laws/guidelines.
• Have good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations with good judgment.
• Weekend coverage may be required depending on occupancy.
• Enjoy working with seniors and cultivating a fun, enjoyable sense of community.

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
Ability to be driven by performance goals
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance
Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility
Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings

Looking for hands on ranch management couple team, full time, at 1,200 acre foothill ranch in Calaveras County, California. Cattle / agricultural background, hospitality skills, and good mechanical knowledge required.
Work includes care exercise and training for 6 horses, small herd of cattle, up-keep of homes, grounds, pool, ponds, shops, barns, roads, fences, firewood, stock water systems, flood irrigation, management of timber stand improvement and harvest, machinery maintenance and repair, caretaking and purchasing of all ranch supplies. Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing and carpentry and operate ranch equipment required.
Management and communication skills are important to owners. Must be willing to support owner’s use of property when owner and guests are in residence. Assist with guest and meal services when owner and guests are in residence. Housekeeping and maintenance of owner’s house, guest house and guest cottage. Assist owner and guests with horse riding and instruction as needed. Ranch Manager will schedule and direct special projects as needed.
Previous ranch management experience required. Must have valid driver’s licenses, clean driving record, no criminal record or outstanding warrants, be non smokers and drug free.
