FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Managers Couple/Team - Austell, GA

Only COUPLES or 2 PERSON TEAMS will be considered. We're looking for a mature (Semi-retired preferred), self-motivated couple to be resident managers at our Austell location. Viable candidates must have a great attitude, show attention to detail, and enjoy working with people as well as each other. 

Basic computer skills & property maintenance required. Candidates must pass clean background check and drug testings. Couples wishing to be considered for this opportunity must work well together: One partner will be primarily responsible for running the office, customer service, and must have excellent communication skills. The other partner will perform all necessary upkeep and light maintenance on the property: a strong background in maintenance is needed. Experience in construction or a maintenance project preferred. The physical requirements would encompass being able to walk, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs. 

Compensation package includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, paid holidays & vacation, a 2 bedroom partially furnished apartment, which includes power, water, and Wi-Fi access. Living on the premises is essential for this position; no young children are allowed to live on-site. For this job, two people are necessary and both must be qualified.
