Part-Time year around position - Rockport, TX

You must have an RV for this position
This is a Part-Time year around position working 3 days a week per person.

We have work campers position open for an RVing couple looking to settle down for a while. One work camper's duties will be in Maintenance.

The spring/summer season will be the busiest time with site maintenance (mowing, weed eating, etc. which will dominate your time in the summer) plus cleaning laundry rooms, restrooms and showers.

We also have cottages nearby that will need cleaning when people vacate. At other times, you will focus on general campground maintenance an improvement projects. Duties may include light electrical, plumbing, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of common areas.

You will also be asked to assist with special. Events/ activities and Holidays are required.
This work camper must be in good health and able to work in the Texas heat and humidity. 

The 2nd work camper will be primarily managing the phone... answering questions, describing amenities, and showing available sites. Other responsibilities will be to receive deposits, collect rent electric payments, and some light bookkeeping of the office, laundry room, restrooms and club house. You will also be asked to assist with special. Events/ activities and Holidays are required.
The office is located at Beacon RV Park.

You will receive a FHU, Large RV site at our E-Z Livin' RV Park, Small Salary of $1000.00 a month and $100.00 off your electric and free Direct TV each month. You will need to be flexible on days, and cover anytime the Managers are off or on vacation. 

Dunton Hot Springs Cooks - Between Dolores and Telluride, CO

* Daily walking of the park to observe proper functioning of infrastructure
* Addressing emergencies with support of headquarter office
* Experience with plumbing/septic a plus
