Interim Innkeeper Management Couple Needed
38 unit motel in Walden, CO is seeking a couple that has motel management experience to watch our motel:
August- the first 2 weeks (2015), November 25th – 29th(2015), last 2 weeks of December (2015), March 25th- April 3rd, 2016.
Non-smokers, no pets, no children. Will train last 2 weeks of July. Duties include: open & close the office, answer phones, sell rooms, take reservations, check people in/out, supervise the employees, inspect the rooms. Must both be able to type 20wpm.
We are looking for a couple that are both honest, energetic, enthusiastic, have excellent customer service skills, professional, hard working, business minded, very outgoing, friendly, can handle any situation that may arise in a calm manner, pays close attention to detail & cleanliness. Must be willing to learn general maintenance, and be able to perform those duties. Living quarters provided. We are asking one person to work 6am-3pm and the other person to work 3pm to midnight. Background check & Drug test.
