Husband’s Experience:

. Knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Drywall
. Knowledge to supervise Ranch hands and schedule work on Ranch

. Swimming pool cleaning and chemical experience
. Must have Costal grass and landscape maintenance experience, including irrigation.
. Must speak English (knowledge of Spanish speaking preferred)

. Must have experience in wildlife management
. Experience operating ranch equipment, i.e. tractors & pumps
. Ability to maintain ranch vehicle
. Must have light duty experience in repairing ranch vehicles

. Some heavy lifting


Wife's Experience:

. Ranch household cleaning
. Experience with Laundry
. Able to cook meals when requested
. Shop for groceries
. Maintain and water indoor plants
. Knowledge of household cleaners
. Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs

. Must be a U.S. citizen
. Must have at least 5 years of Ranch experience and provide references.
. Must clear an extensive criminal background check including FBI finger print database
. Must pass drug test

Looking for a couple to help take care of our house and children.  Ideally we need one person to look after the garden and property maintenance and the other to act as a Nanny/Housekeeper.  We have three children aged 12,11,7.  We have a large house and garden which will need to be maintained by this couple.  It is essential that the couple speaks English and at least one person has a valid, clean driving license to drive in Italy. (European License) and does not need a work visa to work in Italy.

They will be expected to work 9 hours a day with weekends free and will be asked to babysit in the evening once a week on average.

Applicants should be good with children and ideally have experience in their given area of responsiblity either Child minding or Gardening/Maintenance.

We will provide an apartment in the grounds of the house and a car.  In addition, we will provide a salary.

Start date.  We need the couple to start in September if not before.

The couple should have references and be in good physical condition.
