Campground Manager(s) - Lake Delton, WI

Needed: Fulltime Campground/Facilities Manager(s) – Wisconsin Dells area

We are looking for a fun, upbeat personality with the ability to manage multiple staff members while focusing on customer service. Applicant(s) shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 438 member campground to include authorized repair and maintenance of the Club property, enforcing the rules of the Club, providing assistance and guidance to the membership.

Experience:

• Campground Management 1 year
• Experience is preferred for maintaining property water, sewer, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

·       Plans, directs, manages, or coordinates activities of the campground facility . (Organizes processes and develops procedures to manage administrative aspects of park.

·       Responsible for the management of staff, budget and revenue.

·       Supervises, plans, and assist of the work assigned to the staff.

·       The willingness to reside in the campground residence provided for the Manager. Most utilities paid by the Park.

·       The ability to direct and supervise employees. The ability to read blueprints for the general site, street layout, and locations of various utilities.

·       The ability to perform required tests (prior knowledge or manual comprehension) relating to the water system, pool chemicals, or any other type needed for the safety of the members or required by regulating authorities.

·       Some mechanical and computer skills will be required.

Must be able to obtain swimming pool maintenance certification within 9 months of employment.

CPR certification is recommended but not necessary when applying.
