Job Description: Established in 1989, St. Augustine Youth Services is located in beautiful, historic St. Augustine, Florida.  It is the mission of St. Augustine Youth Services to provide a safe, structured, therapeutic environment in which each child may be assisted in acquiring more effective coping and communication skills while learning appropriate and functional behavior.

We are currently looking for house parents for our Therapeutic Residential Program. Our house parents provide a safe and loving, home like environment, together with a strong treatment based program.  The boys we serve are victims of abuse and neglect and therefore have significant mental and behavioral health issues stemming from their traumatic pasts. The house parents work closely with the entire administrative and clinical team to provide outstanding, effective treatment for the boys who reside at SAYS. 

Requirements:

·         Be at least 21 years old

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         Florida driver’s license and the ability to pass a MVR Check

·         Pass stringent background screening

·         Live in position that is 3 ½ days per week and must stay on campus days and night throughout the shift. 

·         Two years experience working with children, preferably children who have behavioral and mental health challenges.

Work Camper Couple for Campground - Buffalo Valley, TN

Work campers wanted for the 2016 season, starts on or before April 1.  Prefer retired couple. Compensation includes a full hookup site for your RV with electric, water and sewer, (wifi available), for 20 hours per week. All work over 20 hours will be paid at a negotiated rate.

We are looking for someone that would be willing to stay at least 6 to 8 months. Typical duties include campsite clean up, trash pick up, restroom cleaning and maintenance, mowing, weedeating, office work, and various projects as needed. Work schedule will vary due to holidays, volume of campers and weather. We are a small family friendly campground on a lake, somewhat off the beaten path.

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience within the property management industry, preferably in RV and/or mobile home property management • Stellar customer service skills. • Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 20 pounds. • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license • Completed High School Diploma/GED • Experience successfully leading a team and hiring “A-Players” • Sets high standards for themselves and their team • Works with integrity and honesty • Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments • Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail • Strong organizational and planning abilities • Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills (Bilingual French/English would be great).
