Would be your second Job or perfect for a retiree couple or soon to be retired person. Perfect also if you have a home based business. That said if you want to do more hotel or innkeeper duties many optional jobs such as cook, housekeeping etc. are available.

This is more of a place to live than a job at least to begin with. Very modest room to start with, with ability to improve living quarters provided. But at least your rent, utilities, cable and Internet are paid for.

Duties:

* Maintain Common Areas

* Meet with vendors when needed

* Distribute notices and rent increase

* Complete basic repairs as needed

* Work is between 10-20 hours a week, based on need

* Keep set office hours

Qualifications:

* Background Check and Drug Screening Required

* Clean driving records are a plus

* Computer literacy is required

* Experience with Property Management Software is a plus

* Outside of the box thinking is a plus

* Applicants must be physically capable of performing their duties

You will work with our Residents so they can maintain their homes and lots in a way that enhances the visual and physical comfort of the community. You must be able to interact with the Residents respectfully in writing and verbal communication. Ability to accurately deliver notices regarding lot rent, legal notices, and compliance issues.
