FEATURED JOB OPENING: Park Host Couple Position Open Now - Bosque, NM
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
RIGHT NOW- We are in need for Park Host couple ASAP. Spring/Summer with us in the high desert of New Mexico. Work schedule is 2 days on with 5 days off each week, compensation is a FHU site with utilities, free laundry. Park Host position must be a couple.
Also taking names for our fall/winter lineup. For fall/winter, need to arrive by 1st week of September, to prepare before the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. All Park Host positions are 4-6 month commitment.
For the outdoor person, this park is easily maintained, no mowing, no weedeater use. Must be able to rake leaves, use a hand-held leaf blower, use pruners, drive golf cart. Main goal is to keep the park neat and tidy. Escorting customers to their site.
Office work is answering phone, taking reservations, registering customers, sharing info about the area. Maintenance/cleaning of the restrooms, laundry room & clubhouse can be shared duties of the couple or working team.
We are a small 38 space. Clean, quiet, nicely landscaped sites, being pet friendly is a must.
Compensation is a free nicely landscaped site, free FHU 30/50 amp electric furnished, free laundry
Campground Hosts - Wasilla, AK

Our Campgrounds operate in the Mat-Su Valley, in southcentral Alaska. We are looking for experienced, customer-oriented Campground Hosts for several campgrounds. Each campground has its own unique personality, all have stunning views, fishing opportunities, and fantastic clients! These positions are seasonal from May thru September.
We offer some of the best compensation packages around including generous commission wages and an end of season bonus, a Host site w/picnic table and fire ring, grey/blackwater removal/dumping reimbursement, electric hookups, or solar charging system (for those facilities w/out electric), and opportunities for discounted commercial sport fishing charters in Prince William Sound.
Qualifications:
~You must be 21-years old, and have a valid driver’s license
~Have your own self-contained, hard sided RV or Camper
~Have Excellent Customer Service Skills and Cash Handling experience
~Be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
~Be willing to work in all weather conditions
~Be able to pass a background check
~Can work well with, and report to, company management
Duties vary by campground, but generally include:
• Live at the campground from mid-May through September
• Greet clients, provide local information, and explain rules & regulations, as necessary
• Check in campers and day users, including fee collection and reservation verification
• Communicate potential or actual problems to company management.
• Maintain and clean campsites, restrooms and day use areas
• Preform light maintenance
• Provide clients excellent customer service
• Manage canoe rentals
• Complete monthly use reports
These are perfect positions for couples who want to spend their summer outdoors, meet new people, and savor Alaska’s Midnight Sun! Tech savvy is a bonus! Dogs and Kids are Ok.
HISTORIC HOTEL -COUPLE HELPERS NEEDED -2021 SEASON - Independence, CA

Our Hotel is seeking an energetic and hospitality minded couple for hotel helpers for this season. The hotel is nestled at the base of the Eastern Sierra Nevada in California - the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. The Winnedumah Hotel is undergoing a repositioning this is a great opportunity to be a part of the process, learning about the hospitality industry and how to run a boutique hotel/inn with a dedicated management team.
Duties will include housekeeping (rooms, common areas etc.) light maintenance (inside and out), light food and beverage duties (preparing continental brown bag breakfasts etc.), Front Desk, Reservations and covering for the Resident Managers on their days off. No experience is necessary, all training will be provided. Attitude is what matters along with adaptability and flexibility.
Working hours will be approximately 20 hours a week per person, giving you ample opportunity to enjoy the magnificent outdoor beauty found in the Eastern Sierras. Housing, Wi-Fi, utilities, laundry, shared kitchenette and a stipend are provided (there may be the opportunity to earn additional income for extra hours worked). The couple should be ready to take up the role in April and continue through the summer season.
We are within easy driving to Death Valley, Mt. Whitney, Mammoth Lakes, Mono Lake, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, San Fransico, Las Vegas and so much more. Whether you love to hike, camp, fish, stargaze, or just spend time in the great outdoors, we are the perfect location to do all these activities and more.
We are a smoke free property and unfortunately children and pets cannot be accommodated. If you are a camper van or RV couple, we can provide a “dry” space and reimburse for dumping fees. A reliable car is a must as we are a rural community.
We encourage folks of all ages to apply including semi-retired or retired couples. We will consider a solo applicant as well. Whenever possible we will attempt to provide the couple the same days off. Couples can be any two people, but please note the room provided is a queen bedroom with only one bed in it.
There may be an opportunity for the role to change into a permanent role with different terms which can be discussed after the season.

SPOOK CAVE AND CAMPGROUND Camp Worker Job Description
Position Camp Worker duties includes work and pay for two people. Position start/end date May to October
Qualifications: Must own and work from camper. Ability to do a variety of work that requires standing, and some walking. Work will be mostly during the weekdays (occasional evening hours), with some weekends (rarely). Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills necessary. Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. Flexible work mindset appreciated. Work and communicate well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Comply with campground policies and procedures
- Check guests in and out of campsites/cabins
- Handle and accurately count money
- Deliver firewood & ice
- General grounds keeping & keep restrooms clean
- Clean cabins and assist with laundry
- General campground security and oversight
- Mow/trim grass once a week
- Landscaping as needed (water plants,etc)
- Minor maintenance work (not a requirement)
- Other duties as assigned
We will provide: full hook-up campsite (water, electric, and sewer) plus $500 per week, WIFI, onsite laundry, propane at cost, use of two golf carts for getting around campground, two days off together a week

Adult Mobile Home Park Managers Needed - Lake Wales, FL

We are purchasing a Mobile home park and in need of a qualified couple to manage and maintain the park. 102 mobiles and 20 rvs Tenants cut their own yards. Common area grass needs cut and must be able to do general maintenance and office work. Must have prior experience in Mobile home Park operations. Will have Mobilehome for compensation plus salary.
Couples for maintenance/courtesy patrol and housekeeping - Gonzales, TX
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
FHU and salary. Housekeeping: we have restrooms, laundry and a few cabins. 10-15 hours a week.
Maintenance/courtesy patrol: experience in electrical, plumbing and general maintenance. Sites need to be manicured with straight edges. Sites will be checked and made ready each day, with trash being picked up daily, as well. (we use a landscaping company for mowing and general weedeating) courtsey patrol: escorting guest to their site and keeping an eye on things after hours.
