Work Camper Couples Needed Summer 2021 - Keystone, SD

Wanted: Summer Season 2021. We are looking for workamper couples who are physically fit, enjoy working hard, having fun and exploring the Black Hills of SD. We are a busy full service, family oriented campground, located in a beautiful valley in the Black Hills of SD. The campground sits on 23 acres between Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park, on the scenic Iron Mountain Road. Deer, turkey and big horn sheep are regular visitors to our campground.
Our positions include: store (reservations & retail), maintenance and café.
Store: These positions require computer literacy as this role involves taking reservations on Campground Automation software system and QB POS registers for store purchases. Store positions must be able to multitask as they are responsible for guest relations, reservations, store sales, inventory control, check-ins and guest information. Candidates must be able to work well with others and have great customer service skills.
Maintenance: This position is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including cabin repairs, lawn & grounds maintenance, pool upkeep, special projects and more. Candidates should have knowledge of construction, repairs of plumbing, electrical, good mechanical skills, etc.
Café & Coffee Shop: Our café serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. We serve sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas and breakfast type foods. We also have a full service coffee shop with espresso machine and Island Oasis blender. These positions require a basic knowledge of food prep or the willingness to learn. Menu is not complicated. This position includes 1 meal per shift plus tips.
A typical work week consists of 5 days per week, 5-8 hours a day per person. Our work season runs approximately May 1st through September.
Campground Maintenance Lead - Buckeye Lake, OH

POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance/Safety team is responsible for ensuring that everything on-site works like a well-oiled machine – including the utilities we provide to our guests, the equipment and resources our team relies on to service our guests, and the appearance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds. We are the behind-the-scenes-ninjas who make sure that our property is safe for our guests to enjoy and always appears in like-new condition – no matter how dirty we must get to make that happen.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Perform basic carpentry, electrical/plumbing repairs, painting, staining, power washing, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager.
- Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as instituted by the Campground Manager, including the pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, game machine, laundry servicing, and various other campground equipment upkeep.
- Ensure all guests and team members are at all times provided with a safe environment.
- Comply with all brand, federal, state and local safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground customers.
- Provide superior customer service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests' needs. Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the Campground Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation
- Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage
- Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing
Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Long periods of standing
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and climb
- Must be able to operate various loud and vibrating maintenance tools and equipment
- Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle or feel
- Able to travel by auto
- Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates
- Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain

Mobile Home Park Management Couple - Spokane, WA

Seeking self-motivated working couple to manage 115 space Mobile Home Park in beautiful Spokane WA.
The administrative portion of this job is approximately 20 hours per month; the maintenance portion varies seasonally, but on average is 20 hours per week.
Office Administration:
- Answer phones
- Rent collection
- Late notices
- Oversee tenant compliance with rules & regulations and administer notices to comply
- Other office duties as required.

Maintenance:
- General property maintenance
- Blow streets

Camphosts - Arlington, WA

Seeking Camp Hosts at beautiful campground! Jim Creek Military Campground is currently looking for camp host(s) for this summer and this coming winter! You do not need to be military! Jim Creek is located just outside of Arlington, WA. As the camp host you would live onsite in your RV/Camper. We provide a full hook up 40ft RV site at no cost to you. Also includes access to our laundry facility, gym (when COVID restrictions lessen), and access to our hiking trails and trout stocked lakes.
You would work 3 days and then have 3 days off. The days you work consistently rotate so you are not always working weekends. Your responsibilities would be to clean and care for our 23 campsites and 12 RV sites. This includes cleaning the fire pit, leaf blowing the RV pads, raking and emptying the trash cans. Weed whacking and mowing is also desired. Your responsibilities also include driving around the campground to make sure everyone is being safe, following the rules and adhering to quiet time. Once our small gift shop and front office closes for the day, you are responsible for helping guests with any issues or questions they may have.
We are located in the foothills of the Cascades so cell phone service is not something that comes very easily. Almost all carriers struggle with picking up a signal. The nearest strong cell signal is about 10-15 minutes away. Our campground is expecting a new cell tower to be installed in 2022. We do not have WiFi at this time. You will have a landline at your RV Site that you can make and recieve phones calls (no charge to you).

3. Fall/Winter 2021: August 2021- April 2022

Campground Host(s) - Buffalo Valley, TN

Campground Host duties include:
Making reservations; greeting/checking in guest; handling money, selling firewood, worms and small items in check-in office; understand and explain park rules and regulation to the campers and help enforce when needed.
Help maintain the campground and park areas such as
pick up litter
pick up campsites after guest check out; like cleaning of fire rings for 6 E/W sites and 6 primitive sites mostly on weekends
Daily touch-up cleaning of bath houses and laundry room.
2 deep cleans a week.which I help with
Launching a paddle boat or kayak. We only have a few.
Must be able to operate mowers and weed-eaters.
Compensation includes Full Hookup sites that include utilities and WIFI.
Any hours over 30 per couple worked is paid at $10 per hour and up to 40 hours.
Amenities in the area include we are 1 hour from Nashville
Several waterfalls in the area
Wild Wood Resort and Marina 5 minutes up the road that has a restaurant and singer-songwriters every Saturday night during the season.
There are a few winery’s in the area too.
Granville is a small town 10 minutes north of us that has a few festivals a year.
We do karaoke most Saturday nights from 7-10 that is a lot of fun too.

Gull Lake Lodge in June Lake, California is a 14 suite motel plus one 2 bedroom cabin, we have owned for 40 years.
A Four Season Resort: Skiiing/Fishing/Fall Colors and Biking, located at 7864 ft in the Eastern High Sierras, 12 miles north of Mammoth Lakes. June Lake has a year round population of 500.
We are looking for a 2 person team to help us as onsite managers.
One to run the office, take reservations, manage houskeeping and the other to do light maintenance and landscape maintenance.
Salary is $3,000 per month for the couple plus all expenses paid, one bedroom apartment on site with 2 days off per week.
