Campground Host (Couple) - Tennessee

We are seeking work campers for our RV Resort which will be opening April 1^st 2011. We are a destination with a water park, full service marina, cabin rentals and RV park that will be renovated and opened again for the first time in 12 years. The water park and marina have been in operation for the last 14 seasons but as requested by the locals, we are doing a multi-million dollar rehab on the accommodations. We sit on 14,000 acre Percy Priest Lake and are just 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. We are targeting all demographics of campers with our facilities, location and great fishing on the lake. We are looking for couples that are willing to jump into this new adventure with us. Ideally, we would like couples that would be available April 1^st through October 31^st since that will be the operation season for the campground. We would consider a shorter commitment as long as you could commit from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Responsibilities will be day to day campground operations including Escorting campers to sites, trash removal, checking in campers, taking reservations, store coverage, security, restroom cleaning and anything else that makes the park an enjoyable experience for our guests. Need cleaning couple to clean store in the Toronto area, Egliton and Yonge. 7 nights a week roughly 3-4 hours per night. Usually done starting 11 untill 3. SIN required.

Couple to manage small Independent living home in Austin TX

We are opening an small (10 BR) independent living home for healthy, independent, elderly residents.who will typically be in their 70s or older. My wife and I live in another part of the house and my parents have a small 2 BR apartment, as well.

We would like to find a compatible couple to live on premises and take care of the residents, home, amd grounds.

Duties include: meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, errands, lawn maintenance (we have 2 acres), gardening, "handy-man," light carpentry, shopping, computer skills, marketing the home, etc.

There are lots of "chores" that need done, but you will be "looking after" only around 6-12 residents,

We would have no problem with either of you having a second part-time job, as long as everything gets taken care of at the home.

We are looking for an energetic couple, eager to take on things like an organic garden, chicken coop, landscaping or other projects that would be appreciated by our residents.
